Mental health workers seem to have problems of their own if you know what I mean.

You have to tell us more(OK you don't have to but please do tell us more)---whats going to happen with your meds, your T?

If it's even reasonably good, I'm putting it on my blog. I'll let you know if I do.

she kept me on the haldol pills 2mg. and xanax and celexa. sooo all the meds in pill form. i told her i had conflicts with my last pdoc on meds. now my therapist im thinking will stay the same but who knows.


i dont like her better but i never liked psychiatrists. but my last one was more open. more personable but a little judgemental. i only didnt like him cuz he put me on too much injections.

Hmm, at least she put your meds in all pill form and not in injections.

Maybe as you get to know her she will become more personable. And, I'm glad no more injections. That will take a lot of stress off of you.

yea i have to cancel those old pdoc appts. i didnt yet just in case this didnt work out. thatll be a hassle.

Is 2mg high enough? I thought the injections were equivalent to 5mg or greater although I admit its been a while since we figured all that out...

Is your dad Ok with this now?

Me too. Im glad your happy to be off injections. How.does she plan to do this? Does she know what your injection dose was and how often? Im glad she will let u do pills again.

i never told her i was on injections just "5mg haldol".

idk if my dads ok with it. hes acting like hes trying to take it all in. but idk if hes ok with it. he just wants to see me do well and not relapse. but i feel thats inevitable.

So wait you told her you were on 5mg but she gave you 2mg? Why did she do that?

Newtus: so will you just be stopping the injection all at once? No tapering off? If so, isn't that dangerous?

I agree that this is concerning. I'm glad that you're back on tablets cos that's what you wanted, but it's quite a big drop. Did she say why??

So let me guess. You told her u were on 5 mg haldol and that it was too much for you. Bad side effects. Not knowing they were injections every 3 weeks.

So she is listening to your concerns as a good pdoc should, and is lowering it to 2 mg. Would that be an accurate guess at what happened?

My dad asked me about how I was doing and I accidentally let slip about the demons. He thought I was being funny and said I was playing games and being manipulative. I don't know how to respond to that. He asked me if I felt safe and I told him that didn't have anything to do with anything. I mean, just because I feel unsafe doesn't mean I am, and vice-versa.

Then he texted my mom and she started interrogating me. Literally getting angry with me for things that I can't control and asking questions I can't answer. This is why I don't tell people things.

Do you think they come off that way because they dont know what to do and they are scared?
I mean, of your dad didnt think it was important, why would he text ur mom?
I cant speak for them but as for myself, when Bean tells me things like this my first thought is to blow her off and hope its not true and it will go away. Of course its wrong and stupid of me but i am afraid for her and want it to go away.
Maybe its the same for your parents. They sound scared and worried. Parents sometimes dont show it the right way. Just a thought hun.

No, not really. I don't talk to the people I used to. Barely leave the house. I'm getting a new doctor and I guess a new therapist? Not sure. The only old friend I still talk to has problems of her own, and sometimes I feel like she's obsessed with me...

Lol I enjoy watching Jerry Springer and the Steve Wilkos show so their post are quite entertaining to me. I'm currently reading "baby mama drama" argument over facebook between my friend and her "baby daddy"'s sister. It's just hilarious.
