The 80 pounds was from the seroquel right? That medication made me gain a lot of weight too.

Are you getting your period soon?
That could make you gain 5lbs and then lose it again after your period is gone.

I'm trying to eat healthier foods such as fruits and veggies but it doesn't fill me up so I end up eating something more hardy. Lol... I thought I was fat when I weight 150-160 pounds back in high school... I never thought I'd end up over 200 pounds let alone 240 (at my highest weight). Right now I'm at 221 (last time I weighed myself).

I like to thank the freshmen 15 while I was in college and I would like to thank the anti-psychotics I've been on through the years.

I wish I could lose weight. I've gained 45 ponds since last year at this time. I'm definitely struggling with issues mentally because of it

Ha. Freshman 15 is very real.
And the AP of course.
I have the opposite problem. Im high strung and stress makes me not eat for days then I get weak amd woozy and funny in the head.

Went to the store yesterday to get some thimgs and got so dizzy i grabbed a big candy bar, tore it open and shoved it in my mouth while leaning against the
Rack. Embarassing....

Funny how stress effects a person in opposite ways. I think my grandmother was like that. She would of been happy if she weighed more than 100 pounds. There would of been times she wouldn't eat much at all. Not sure if that was stress or something else.
Thanks for this!

Humans are such complicated things. I think that's why a lot of people without mental illness don't understand. "Just do what I do and you'll be fine." Well, those same things don't work for everyone. It is frustrating and scary, too.

I Think it's really important that you are identifying what's making you angry. I'm really, really angry. I was never an angry person in my life. But when the bad time happened it like broke something inside of me. Now I am dealing with so much anger and it turns out I am the type that would just stuff down the things that really hurt me and bothered me, and now I have all this anger. Learning how to deal with it is really hard, but I think I'm figuring it out slowly.

i too used to NOT be an angry person. i used to stuff things down too and suppress them. when i had my second psychotic episode my anger came out. a lot. i was hitting my dad and yelling at him. i choked my mom. i almost assaulted a girl in college. it came out violently and i regret it all (except that girl sorry she deserved it). im sorry for being mean to my family tho.

So I went to the ER with a panic attack. Terrifying. I don't have panic attacks often.

On the hospital bed for a while warm blanket shaking violently couldn't breath. Went home with benzo and slept. First time I felt normal in a year.

Too much cortisol in the body way too much.

When I relaxed they said wow your heart rate was 160 but still had to wait for it to go down.

There's no way that I would tell them that my heart rate sometimes goes to 240bpm..

Calm calm calm.. Please I don't want anxiety today I will sleep when I get home

If you want to order that again it's called an Americano.

I usually get a quad shot with cream.

i love caffiene.

i actually have fridge magnets that say how to make all kinds of coffees so thanks for that! i thought americano was watered down coffee. but anyway all i really wanted was espressio by itself. next time i think ill have what they call a solo esperesso or a doppio espresso. idk what a doppio is tho. gonna have to google that.

I believe it's a double shot of espresso.

I'm going to backtrack on the Americano. Now you've got me thinking about it and I'm not sure. I already can't make decisions.

I was wrong. An Americano is watered down espresso.
Thanks for this!
