The police don't really care about me just talking to him, they just search me if they see me, but now they get in touch with my Dr, which is why I was in hospital last time.
I just proof though.

LOL this reminds me of one of the funniest "autocorrects" texts I ever saw. You didn't see the whole conversation. But it was from an iphone and it was one bubble with a palm tree emoji in the middle, then under it in the same bubble is says "No." Then the next bubble it says something like "Ignore the palm tree, phone added it for some reason." I just completely imagine this very serious conversation and then this little palm tree. I probably laughed for 10 minutes. It still makes me giggle... LOL I wish I could find it to post a link.

please dont end up in hospital again kureha. think about the time thats taken away to look for stalkers while your in hospital. you know? if they search you and find a knife its all over for you probably.

I agree with this. Don't end up in hospital or get caught with a knife.

does anyone have trouble taking meds when they hear voices? my voices tell me not to take my meds. and if i do they freak out on me. its very unpleasant. i dont know how to get around it. its the hardest part with the voices because i need the meds to make them go away but they get so upset when i take them. i usually talk to T on the phone when i take them. but i cant do that ever y time.

i freak out usually. i freak out when my voices talk to me. but i take my meds anyway. thats all i know to do. i know they quiet down when i take them but when i take them i gotta wait for the meds to work. and the waiting is the hardest part because they are still loud when its kicking in. i try to distract myself while im waiting. i know its hard but if the meds work i would take them.

I have a hard time with this too. I don't know how to fix it but I can relate.

I feel like it fits what's going on. I can't really deny it anymore so... yeah. Currently I've crashed into mixed and it's not fun at all. I'm hoping the Trileptal can pull me out of this state because god, it seriously really sucks. My thoughts are still racing, I feel just as impulsive as when I'm manic, and a bunch of other crap. I could talk on and on all day but I don't want to bore you all with my unfantastic life so I'm still rambling anyway and oh there's thoughts all over my head right now racing back and forth and all over the line between the point of the hearing off the top head down up whatever. Oh dear. Yeah,. not doing so well. Isn't that wonderful? I have a hard time with knowing where the walking in point is. What does it mean when I collapse into a point and there's nothing left of me? I'm hearing voices, I think I might take my PRN of haldol but I'm not sure.

i think it might be a good idea to take the PRN of haldol atypical. it might work. or quiet what your feeling for awhile.

Have you been mixed before? My best advice is to stay on your usual routine as much as possible. If anything you're doing feels frustrating, stop doing it and do something else. It may be hard, I get impulisve to the point that I can't stop doing something that's frustrating me even though it's pushing me over the edge. Try to stick to things that are generally calming and avoid anything that you even consider a minor trigger if you can. Just... basically take it easy for the day.

I'm sorry you're giong through this. Just know you can get through it. I don't hear voices the way you do, but, it's pretty common for me, so I understand how much it sucks.

I know of someone who sings
'Im Henry the 8th I am,I am' whenever the voices get to demanding. It works for him....

Im guessing he got the idea from he movie Ghost but hey, if it works...

I hate the keyboard on my smartphone. I wish it had keys like on a computer!
My fingers are.so caloused from working with wire and playing guitar that the dang phone does not recognise what letters im pushing unless I use my whole flat finger and not my tips...i cant stand it! Lol

i gained all my 5 pounds back plus more!

I think I've gained back some of my weight but I'm not sure how much. I haven't weight myself since my last doctor visit.

Yes I've been mixed before, I never deal with it too well. Thanks for the advice faerie, it's good to have friends that I can talk about this stuff with.

I'm going to take my haldol too, no need to suffer through this if there's something I can do about it.

I've gained a lot of weight in the past few months from medications, it sucks. I still haven't been able to lose it and keep it off. It's so frustrating!
