Roll call is moving so fast lately, I'm used to the weekends being slower but alas, it is not so!
That's great news Atypical

Would seriously call the pdoc about that celexa can cause qt prolongation albeit I would expect it more with and increase in dose than a decrease but meds are weird...anyway can cause arrhythmia and in some cases well much worse...
Normally a problem in older people but better safe than sorry...that is what the doc gets paid for.

Thanks for that video cracking. I really liked that woman, I subscribed to her. I was eating clean and I lost 20lbs. I've gained back like 11-14, though.

If I can get to sleeping without the doxepin I wanna start eating really healthy again. It even helped with my mood.

Yeah Newtus told me about that tea. It seems pretty interesting. That girl had great info. I may try it too.

My psych nurse always tapers way too fast. Like when I went off risperdal before, she had me go down 1 mg a week. By the time I was off I was really paranoid again so I went back on them. But now I know I need to taper slower.

That's what I'm thinking my daughter might need to do.

I don't think I'll do the tea, just eat clean. Like nothing processed and lots of veggies and fruit. And I was drinking green tea too. My son has lost 80lbs. I'm so proud of him.
Thanks for this!

She says it is a lot less stress on her. And she makes close to the same amount of money that she made before as a co-teacher. Plus she has flexible hours.
My boyfriend wants me to quit my cna job because they are interfering with my education and cause me to be manic. I could quit my job if my boyfriend gets the new position he applied for which pays a lot of money. I hope he gets it

Sorry that it seems that everyone had bad experiences with dirty hospitals. I live in an area that is pro mental health and have a lot of good resources for those with mental illnesses so all my hospital stays have been clean and good. We even have a exercise facility for free for those that have documented mental illness and several club houses in the area. I never been to any of them though because I rather go to a private facility with my boyfriend.

I'm doing okay. Just dreading the fact that I have to get up early and go to work in the morning. The weekends never seem long enough!

Well he used to eat way too much with little exercise. Now he only eats around 1800 calories a day and walks about 3 miles 4-5 Times a week. He's now gonna start working on building muscle.

He was eating really healthy but he's mellowed out. The way he was eating was unsustainable imo. Now he allows himself dessert etc.

I try go exercise everyday to lose weight from my meds. Not only does it help physically, but it helps my mental status also.
Why not join a gym and take a few jazzercise classes. it's fun and helps with weight loss too.
Thanks for this!
