Lol nope. Too busy reading Facebook drama between my dad's side of the family and my sisters ex. I've learn quite a bit about my sisters ex. Apparently he use to beat my sister in front of my niece and she's having nightmares. He's back in jail for the weekend at the moment but is going to show us "city slickers" what crazy is.

I'm so sorry That is just terrible! Does he still come around your sister?

She's going to file a protection order on him. With all the things he's putting on Facebook I'm sure she'll get it.

That's so sad that she's going through that. I hope he obeys the protective order. I've had plenty of those with my ex years ago. I finally had to move out of the state very far away from him.

Me too. I need to get money desperately. I get a check first of the month from them if I make a sale. Used to make a real lot. Recession has ruined that. Plus im not making as much art as I used to. No motovation. I am so stuck here. Stuck with no choices really.

Yeah. Though I don't see my sister moving away at all. My niece is in the middle of this. The 3 year old (almost 4).

Will you be able to keep your money for you and Bean if any comes?

It's so hard on the children. My son is 22 and still sleeps with his light on due to what he saw me go through when he was younger. I regret dragging my kids through that horror.

met with T. he texted me this morning asking if i could meet at any other time than 9am. i dont know why. i said a few times but he is booked all day. so we had to meet at 9. i texted him and said i was sorry for inconveniencing him. when i got there he said we should walk outside and thought i was grumpy because of that text. he thought i was being a smart ***. but i wasnt. i really was sorry if i inconvenienced him. he said he didnt know how i meant it so he thought i was being grouchy. lol. we cleared it up tho. we talked about my meds and i sent him an email with the article SometimesP linked to me about abilify reversing raised prolactin levels. he seemed interested and we set up a time to meet pdoc on tuesday. then we talked about school and i told him how discouraged i am from failing sociology. he tried to tell me that it wasnt really my fault. because i got psychotic. then he said that when he was in grad school his mom died and he got a medical incomplete from the school. so he got on his laptop and looked up the disability person at my school and was trying to get me to call her in his office but i was too scared. then he picked up his phone and called her. iwas like are u really calling her right now. and he was. he left her a message about what happened and left his number. i called him an a_shole. in a joking way. he said "did u really just call ur therapist an asshole?" lol. then we talked about my isolating and having a hard time leaving my apartment. he drew out something for me about it. then he showed me this new book he got about paranoia and we copied some pages out of it for me to read.

after i got out my friend texted me and we are gonna hang out before i go to work at 4. so im trying to break the pattern of isolating.

it was a good session with T. it flowed well and i talked a lot. i was worried i wouldnt have anything to say. but it went well. and im glad. i like when we have good sessions.

I'm so glad you had such a great talk with T. You are so blessed to have him. What is the name of the book he shared with you?

My anxiety has finally settled down. Heart is beating normal again. But my mind feels like it's racing. My head still hurts but I took some medicine for it. I hate feeling this way

there are good therapists out there.....but u just have to find them. its like they are hiding. u have to "shop" around for them. i got really lucky meeting my T. it was just by chance because my other T was out of town. and he filled in for her. i would probably be dead if i hadnt met him.
