I think it's a great way to support yourself while you are getting better and I think you can go to college while on it etc....so you have some income to help you get out of a bad environment that is making you worse...

hey im alright i guess im just havig trouble getting out of the house. it revs up my paranoia. i got out a little bit today but i couldnt drive. it was really hard. i havent been hearing any voices lately but i suspect they are gonna be back soon. i have a lot of anxiety. a lot. i almost had a panic attack in the car. because i couldnt drive. the paranoia rides on my back. i feel hopeless.

Did you ever call your pdoc about the meds?

they also poke at me about my weight it makes my self esteem pretty low.

It's great to hear from you I'm really sorry you're struggling right now newtus. I've been forcing myself to get out the last couple of days too. Driving always gives me terrible anxiety. Just keep pushing through and you will get there

that sounds cool but I am not sure how I feel about this It sounds like a good idea but i wouldnt trust wearing one personally.

I think if I had migraines and it worked I would do it...I might make someone else test it out first though

I'm kind of in a mixed state which is depression and mania, I feel the need to do a lot of things and I'm hoping I can use this energy to get my chores finally done.

That looks really cool, they use TENS on patient's lower backs usually so it's interesting that they created a devices to be used on a patient's head.

Saw my Dr yesterday, she seemed a bit pissed, but I don't think it was my fault - I don't know though.
She's going to think about changing my medication because it wasn't her that changed it in the hospital.

Then she said all this stuff is because of my illness she always tells me this every time I see her, which if I was sick, would be ok, but I'm not and I don't understand how the hospital didn't see that, they just got to be all working together.
It's got to be bigger than I thought.

Saw my MH team yesterday. There were talks about raising the dose of my medication. But it all depends on my next blood test and what my psychiatrist has to say. Today I feel really paranoid.

I ate this soup and now I feel sick I think it had something in it.they seemed to really want me to eat it and kept pushing it on me and insisting that I try it and they got mad when I didnt want any of it so then I finally ate some.I shouldnt have eaten it.

or I could just be paranoid.but I dont know what to believe anymore.
