I recently lost 2 pounds! It's a start.

earlier i convinced myself that T had died and the program im in was covering it up. i had texted him this morning and asked if he was alive and he didnt answer. so i got really scared about it. i really thought he was dead. i texted my nurse and asked if she had seen him today. it took her a while to get back to me so i thought that he was dead and she was trying to hide it from me. but she texted me back and said he was at work. then T texted me and said he is fine just really busy. i felt so relieved that he was alive. i told him that i thought he was dead and was scared about them hiding it from me. he said that was paranoia. i didnt think of it as paranoia when it was going on, but now i can see that it was. they both asked me if i was hearing voices but im not. T texted me and said my nurse was worried about me. so i texted my nurse and told her i was ok and felt better. she said shes glad and will always worry about me cuz im her favorite. that made me feel good.

i went shopping with my friend after all this. i feel so glad T is ok. i was for sure he died. i dont know why i thought that in the beginning. i just felt like i had a sense of it. idk

Good job! Now I'm feeling unmotivated, I think my meds need to be adjusted.

Thanks. I'm sorry you're feeling unmotivated. I did what you suggested and made a list of what I needed to do. It really helped me today. I so appreciate your advice

I wish we could hear from Punky again and from blackwhitered. I really worry tons when people go away and we don't hear from them. Gr3tta too!

I just checked around and it looks like gr3tta and BWR have been on line today...I'm not sure why they aren't posting here but at least it looks like they are OK...I miss them too.

Newtus: How is little Bean the hamster doing?

i wanted to be taking 10 mg or higher haldol but my pdoc said it might be too big of a leap so im on 7 mg now and then he will start tapering me up until I am at the right dose that works for me.so glad I want it to help end this paranoia

What's involved in being recalled? How does that go?

today I was walking down the street and a guy in a car was driving slowly by me then later on that day I was at this dinner outing with family eating and saw the same guy and he was acting like he was taking a family picture of some people at the table in front of us but the way he snapped the picture it was like he got me in the back ground of the picture and he was staring at me also.then on the way home there was this black van that was sitting there and there was a person on a cellphone staring at me talking I didnt think much of it but then its like I kept seeing similar vans on the way home with people just sitting there staring at me while I was going by like they were all keeping tabs on where I was and where I was going today.this might just be paranoia but it really scared me.

Sorry can't leave my reply up too long. I'm too paranoid to leave it in writing.

Recalled = my dr tells me in writing I need to go back to the hospital, I get an ambulance to take me, if I don't go they send the police.
If they want they can put me back on the section 3, so it sucks.

Well, I finally did it. After the fifth try, I passed maths. And now I don't have to think about another test paper or online maths test ever again. So that's a load off my mind. I still feel the need to be cautious out in public and my supposed "MH team" haven't tried to contact me this week so far. I'm worried that they are up to something and it can't be good. I'm not afraid of the voices anymore. They are on my side, instructing me on my missions. I can't carry out this one until the people posing as spies come over for another "appointment" though.

Well I went for my injection instead of getting recalled, but yeah Crescent, they could have kept me there for how long they wanted.

So inside the CMHT building, were undercover cops, I knew they were working with them, so I'm going to call the police next week about it - it's always better to start at the beginning of the week.

So there is more poison going straight to my heart.

hes fine. spins on his wheel from 8pm to 5am. so loud. so i had to put him in a different room for now.
