It does help depression too, but that stuff is so hard to do when you're manic or depressed. If you can get in a routine while you're well, it's easier to carry it through an episode.

Well my appeal went ok - but my solicitor was right about the end result, I didn't even get to change my meds and I'm still on the CTO - my solicitor was awesome though, there was nothing more she could have done.
I'm just thinking if I'm going to die, what does it matter what I do, because there is going to be no consequence to what I do - because I'm going to be dead. So what does it matter if I stab someone or get my knife out and make them confess - I'm not going to be here - so why should I care.

so i talked to the piercer and he said i need to wait 3 weeks for any swelling to go away to get my septum repierced.

i have average to tiny sized boobs but its no fun having a butt!!! i have big thighs. my body is a pear shaped so i have a bigger bottom half than top half. so its easy to wear shirts that are small but jeans are another thing.

im at my moms. its thundering.
i talked to T on the phone. it went well. i asked him what hes sick with and he said ebola. lol. i asked him if he was bleeding out of his eyes. he said any time now. lol. he so funny. im glad we talked on the phone. we planned to meet on monday at 3. im happy im at my mommmmmms. yay. today is a good day.

I never noticed but when I start to get involved in something like my manga for instance I take less care of my personal hygiene and devote more time to what I am doing than to taking care of myself.

I was writing on my blog about how people are following me and how there were people taking pictures of me and watching me and the people who run the site I have my blog on blocked my account and deleted every single one of my blog entries they all say removed due to abuse I contacted them and asked them why they blocked me and they said the posts I made had either violent or pornographic materiel in them I sent them a copy of what I wrote in each one explaining I never posted anything sexual or violent and they said they were sorry they must have made a mistake and unblocked my site but my blog posts are all still deleted.It just seems so suspicious to me.there is something I said that those people who are following me didnt want up on the internet.

Today has been a good day for me. My boyfriend took me out to a lovely city with big shops and we watched The Fault In Our Stars and I've been spoiled rotten for my birthday.
