I was having a good day today, still am sort of but I was out having a cigarette & heard some people making funny noises. Probably just people walking down the Main Street but I was paranoid they were in my bushes. I'm now a bit on edge if not quite as scared. I can't shake this feeling that there are people who will break in my house to try & kill me tonight.

I'm going to watch a film but I think when I go to bed I'll start feeling scared again.

I've quit my meds and quit seeing my doctor and nurse. Although I'm not sure if the CTO will affect that.

All I need is the police to give me a licence though.
Then see how funny they find it then.

I was always thinking that was going to happen to me while I was in the hospital.

It's on ongoing delusion... I think a group of people is after me, it varies a little as to who I think might be doing it. I used to think they'd put a bug in my ear & were trying to make me think I was a sz when I wasn't. Largely I know that's not true but sometimes I get a stray thought along those lines...

I bolted the door etc & turned on some lights around to make it look like more people are in. I've always been a bit nervous about staying in the house alone but delusions just make it worse if there is a trigger. I'm just glad I have a reasonable amount of insight into these things.

I got a new iPhone, thank God. My old one was really acting up, it was over two years old and I use the phone a lot so it was having a lot of problems. Hehe I'm such a social creature lol.

I have a weird relationship with iPhones, I know they're pretty bad compared to most Androids, but I need it, can't do without it!

I like them because they are so intuitive and pretty too
