Cool...they seem like a really neat group.....

well, they were ok i guess. they were kind of rude actually. they seemed to think that their way was the only way to recover. they obv hated all people with doctorate degrees. the woman who came up with the recovery model of the program im in went with us. she is a Ph.D . they hated on her so bad. it was kind of f cked up. i didnt get a good impression of them. they seemed to harp more on what they hate then what they think is good

Do you remember when I bought those runes from the witchcraft store well I just did a casting about my illness.....it said the outcome was that I could be healed or reborn. However it would take pain and hard work to accomplish and my issue was trust and friendship even within my own mind, the division of the animal mind and the more rational mind.

Hmm well that did seem like they wants to toss out any kind of model of illness be it medical or psychological and deal with individuals as individual people but I imagine the videos were pretty rehearsed so they maybe werent so mean about it and a lot of the people weren't from there like Whittaker and the woman who wrote Agnes's jacket...etc.

i dont understand what u mean. the training was done by people. the only videos we watched were a skype call with that lady..uhh..jacqui dillon? also the woman who wrote agnes jacket was there too. she gave us all a copy of her book.

they just talked the most about what they hate instead of actually training us to be group facilitators. we practically learned nothing about facilitating a group. we were just told all day about the things they hate

maybe im not understanding you right SometimesP but i dont know what you meant in ur post. like im just confused as to what ur talking about

The videos I watched....I don't know what you did in your training sorry....they sell videos on the web....

Well healed would be nice....I'm not sure how much choice I get or if I even belive this system or not....not all spirits are benign....this is a Norse system so some of the gods are a little different....just thought it was kind of neat that I could potentially be healed.

Some areas got snow today.....normally that doesn't happen until November here....like turkey day.....in Minnesota we had haloween snow but this is just really really early....it was 80 last Monday....

my dad noticed ive been smoking more...

Yeah I went out for a smoke this morning and wouldn't you know it there was frost! I live in the south, this is quite early for that.

It's not quite got cold enough for that yet here, I'm sure we might get one in the next month or so though.

Did everyone sleep ok? I had some strange dreams... I dreamt my cat beheaded itself somehow, which I saw but my Mum who was facing me didn't. I told her not to look but she did. However, when that happened I saw it at the opposite end of the room somehow with & without a head... eep.

I'm glad to say I'm in a better mood after that funk I was in last night.
