Hey guys,

Back at my folks house, I think the cats were happier to see me than my parents... (not that my parents don't want me there or anything...)

Well done with your poetry essay just... I hated studying poetry but do like a select few. What's your favourite? Mine is Invictus...

Depends on the plan. My plan covers meds for heart, diabetes, and birth control. Otherwise it doesn't cover any meds until you reach your deductible. So for example we can't get my husband's adderal because it's $400 a month. And the generic is $385 a month. But some drugs like generic antibiotics are in the $5-$20 range.

Medical equipment is the same. Like I said, I need a sleep apnea machine which is $700.

Thanks loial I think my favourite poem is tiger tiger by William Blake. I don't really like poetry either I find it really difficult to get anything from it. Surprisingly I'm not very imaginative haha

My favorite poem is The Jaberwoke by Lewis Carol. Also I like the poem that Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum tell Alice about the Walrus and the Carpenter. I like things that are a bit nonsense like that.

But I don't read a lot of poetry. I used to write poems. I used to have books and books of poems. During my years when I was defending myself against The Building I used to write poems in spirals so that if the evil organization got my notebook they wouldn't be able to read it. I lost all of that stuff over the years, though. And a lot of my artwork, including my best works, which is too bad.

Plan is to go back there properly after new years.

Yeah, it's right in that respect but I'm quite restless right now... considering I'm on 5mg, it might not be the med for me... but let's hope somehow it doesn't get worse.

Thanks! I am going to reward myself by eating some unhealthy junkfood that I have been holding off on to maintain my weight. Because this is a celebration!

I almost SI'd today but I managed to hold back. I've not got much of an appetite lately so I've been skipping meals. On the plus side I paid £2 for a large bunny plushie and it's so soft and hugable. So now I have something to hug when I'm sad or afraid. God is still talking to me. His voice is what gets me out of bed in the morning.

Had my first appointment with my new psychiatrist. It went well. Switching medication because I was having heart palpitations on the ziprasidone so tonight I'm starting risperdal. I get nervous when starting new medications.

Well done Justme! Hope that's provided some confidence now because I think you thought you'd done it wrong after you handed it in (if I remember correctly?)
