Lost 1/2 a pound since last week, not much but it''s a start

On another note I watched 'Alien' last night for the first time. Pretty good movie and I was surprised it didn't freak me out too much. I am super terrified of Aliens, like 'War of the Worlds' with Tom Cruise in it freaked the living ****out of me and all that close encounters stuff, yeah... I turn into an irrational wreck at the thoughts of it. But it was a good movie, Sigourney Weaver is pretty awesome as Ripley and there's cats in it... well cat, singular.

That's awesome blue bird well done. My dad was told by his personal trainer the slower you lose weight the more likely you are to keep it off.

i dont have any plans with my dad. i wanted to go to some conventions or events but they are so far. not sure if i can drive 2 hours somewhere. idk where id be. like idk the areas well. plans that ive made for myself a month or two ago are starting to unravel.

im scared to touch the baby chicks.
im afraid they will peck me or start flapping

They probably will start flapping but if you want to be able to handle them as adults it's important to start now.....

chicken you're on fire today! what kind of bike do you have? Oh Ok if your father knows the garage maybe everything is ok. im naturally suspicious of garages, some are right rip offs!

You could get a sat nav to help you with the driving and not knowing where you're going. Either that or what's the public transport like? You should try and make it to them, you enjoy them from what I've read and it would be great for building up your confidence and alleviating some of your social anxiety.

I was just thinking, do you like music? I think I remember you saying you're into music, I could be mistaken. But if you are, do you have a favourite band? I'm a big Metallica fan and joined their fan club about 8 years ago. I was fairly active on their message boards for a couple of years and got to know people online through that, well then I started to go to shows and through the metclub forums I've met (irl) some of the nicest people and people I would now call my dear friends. This was all through organised meet ups at shows, pre/post show parties, loads of stuff. I've travelled Europe with these guys and our first point of contact was the metclub forums. I even went to Moscow to see Metallica with other metclubbers!

What I'm saying is, it's possible to find people, you won't be alone forever. I can tell from talking to you here that you're a very intelligent, funny, kind and caring person who'd be right craic to hang around with. If you have a favourite band, or know a band that's gigging texas, join their message boards and get chatting. That's if you're into that of course. I hope I don't sound so preachy, I'm just trying to help!

Haha I know right, the weather does strange things to me! I have a suzuki intruder LC125, it's pretty... I'm still a learner so haven't upgraded yet. Never had a problem with my last suzuki that's why I stayed with them, this yoke is breaking my heart so it is. Have you ever driven bikes?

haha the weather does it for most of us! I had a motorbike as a kid but it was just a dirt bike. We had some good times though, theyre alot of fun. dont fancy driving one in traffic though.

Sorry for tipple posting but.. It's weird that they overload me on benzos and then do the opposite where I can't get a benzo unless I'm having a heart attack. If I stayed on the Klonopin then I probably wouldn't have had those episodes like every day

i had anxiety this morning and have paranoia now.
at night it just gets worse. or it just comes out. idk.
its not just a night thing. but everything gets worse at night. i feel like this all day. i wasnt feeling like this all day before February. i think...

things are not good right now. not to me. but im not saying everything im feeling on here...out of paranoia.
