Newtus,you gave me the chicken bug. We're in the planning phase now haha. Trying to figure out how to have free range chickens w/3 dogs running around heh...should be interesting.

A friend of mine lost his girlfriend in a fatal car accident today. She was the mother of 5 children...I just can't imagine

Psychiatrist said that I'm unmotivated every time he stops the oral abilify. Right now I feel good because I had a 2 hour nap.. Out of exhaustion.. I did 3/6 groups today. I'll try harder.. The thoughts are good. A really good nurse gave me seroquel and then zyprexa instead of questioning why because I know when I need it.

I am prescribed 5 mg of Ambien and it does nothing. I took 10 tonight but now I'm worried about psychosis. Hopefully I'll just get tired and finally get some good sleep...I'm exhausted.

I'm really sorry Valley, this past Thursday my sister's best friend lost her younger sister to a car accident. It's unfathomable in both instances.

I've taken haldol, zyprexa and ambien and I still can't sleep. I don't know what to do. This is miserable I'm laying in bed on my phone instead. This **** blows.
