Yes, I am lactose intolerant. I can eat cheese, and usually ice cream if it's a small serving but last night I ate almost a pint at once. Can't drink milk at all. Otherwise I'm OK. Better than I was yesterday. I like the mornings. Glad you're doing well.

Lol, I don't blame you for eating ice cream... that **** is delicious. Cheese is alright (but I don't like them on sandwiches) but I don't really like milk.

I slept all day yesterday. I've been going to bed and waking up at odd hours. I may just be nocturnal. Tonight I have a concert to go to... from 9pm to 2am. So what do you have plan for today?

Well, I'm going to try out the new shower head later. That's my excitement for the next 24 hours. But I'm getting really tired. My sleep is totally messed up.

What concert are you going to?

Maybe you should head to bed?

The concert is a trance group called above and beyond.

If I sleep I might not wake until mid afternoon and then I'll be even more depressed though. Sounds like a great band! Have fun! Maybe I'll look for them on YouTube.

Good morning ^^ seems like some of us are getting up a few hours early.. I wonder if it's because it's spring..

A side effect changed the way I swallow I think. Recently, I've choked on food 4 times within this month.

In that situation where you have water near, you can't panic. Slowly take a drink and cough..

My mom has a bottle of like 100 Concertas and gave me two for the fishing trip because without a stimulant, I was always sleeping on the boat.

Don't worry. This isn't a repeat of last time.

My mom doesn't trust me with them obviously because I used cocaine but she said I can gain her trust. I don't plan to abuse it anymore. Crack sucked btw. It made me focus and calm but what ever..

I'm doing creative writing for uni and I'm writing an autobiographical chapter on my experience with hospital. It's hard cos I keep losing and forgetting words but I have to do it. I have to write a commentary on it too so I will explain that it's about me, which makes me a bit nervous but I want it to be authentic
Thanks for this!

I use dictionary.com thesaurus.com and rhymezone.com when I'm feeling it. What really helps me is not to focus on negative people. I can write on negative situations but it's very hard for me to write about negative people. It's hard to write elegantly about the people you hate, or perhaps ought not to hate.

Put it all out there, your first emotions when going through those metal doors, the first nurses look, the prick of the need that gave you pins and needles, the medicine and how your stream of consciousness wade too and fro. Make it sound like a journey into the underworld where you come out alive. It is after all that isn't it?

Thankfully I don't have to many negative people to write about in the hospital, but if I wrote about everything it would be very different. Thesaurus is a good idea I tend to use synonyms on word but it's not very good. That's what's important the small details that create the world around you and inside you. I'm not great at creative writing but I do enjoy it. This piece is very exploratory and a bit hard to write atm cos my thoughts are in line with what happened but I'm enjoying it. It takes my mind off everything that's going on in my head.

Btw Tweaky, I've been out of the hospital for 16 months and I still miss the simplicity of it sometimes.
