Ha thanks. I'm sure you're great too. Somehow we all ended up here lol.

It's just sometimes I have fleeting thoughts of 'I've never seen my veins how do I know I'm human' which makes me think like... What if I'm just some experiment? That would explain why they're watching me...

Yep, ambien can be dodgy if you're vulnerable to psychosis from my experience. Safest thing to do is take it when you're literally getting into bed or already in bed. That's how I combatted doing weird stuff while on it.

I think everyone gets a little bit "off their faces" from it as I would say. I quite like the feeling I get when I take it but I had to start taking it only when I was getting into bed as it was making me act weird when I took it anyway early. Like I was buying stuff online that I didn't need and I'd have blackouts. Not nice!

Ambien has never had those effects on me. I take 10 mgs. Maybe that's too low?

10mgs is enough to make you do all that. i heard it is the max dose too to be prescribed.

5mg should do the trick for ody if he wants a low safe dose. they come in 5s anyway

When I was a kid and early teenager I would stare off into space and sort of do fan fiction in my head and there were times I ended up confused because I couldn't remember if it was real or not. And thinking back on that it worries me that maybe it was a sign of things to come...

Zopiclone is another Z drug, works similar to ambien without the weird effects. The only side effect I had was a metallic taste in my mouth which went away the next morning. Maybe you could ask for that. Melatonin is generally prescribed to older people >50 or people with jetlag and the likes. I wouldn't recommend it for acute insomnia from my experience it didn't work and gave me horrible nightmares when I did eventually get some sleep.

You're lucky, it's really common for people to experience a visit from the ambien walrus!

Safe Place

I've been reading this eBook called Me, Myself, and Them and it's got me all worked up because it sounds like me with being quiet as a child and anxious and then just little fleeting episodes before years later getting full blown schizophrenia. I'm just worried that this is my future.

Keep in mind the guy is functional enough to write a book now so you can recover....

But all the stuff he went through before to get to this point. I'm worried I'm going to end up like that.

If you're being monitored by a doctor it should never advance to that point...they can regulate your meds at the slightest sign of trouble.

The observation paperwork has me feeling like I'm being monitored again by another government agency. I don't see pnp until September. That's not going to work for me.

Willow, I also have dog spies. I think PETA is after me and they are using my innocent dogs to spy on me. I've changed their collars and leashes. I don't let them wear the tags the town gives out. I'm confident my dogs would never agree to doing this. Bastards using my love against me.

I think my music is sending me messages. I'm not sure what they are trying to tell me. I have to listen more to interpret the signals.
