Could my sister have bipolar? She's acting really crazy again. As if she's in a hypomanic state. I don't know what set her off. I hate it. I hate being put down and abused.

I have a headache now. And I already took Motrin. Oh my God. What's wrong with her?

I feel like my sister is too. She gets super angry and even goes as far as physical violence.

I got invited to the state fair... from the same people I was supposed to go camping with but I chickened out after I got there.

I'm going to go I guess. I have extreme anxiety over it though. It scares me, the idea of being with people.

If I don't go to this, I might as well shut myself in my room for the rest of my life. Not to be dramatic, but it's summer and I'm supposed to be living my life. I'm 21 and I can see every time I turn down an opportunity it leading to a life of loneliness

It was nice we walked down to a local BBQ place to have dinner followed by an evening at the zoo and then a picnic on my living room floor. I had so much fun

Thanks yes I think we're both pretty into each other we're texting each other every day but won't see each other for about a week, were probably just going to watch a movie but it depends on his work schedule.

I'm not sure if it's my anxiety causing mood swings or vice versa but I need to chill

The Keurig we have I got mainly for my mom because she really wanted one, that was her big birthday present early. (her bday is on thursday)

I got her new clothes, stuff that's comfortable to wear. She is very skinny now either because of the Leukemia and/or from staying in the hospital and them having nasty food she didn't like.

A Ninja Turtle coffee mug, a ninja turtle toy thing that transforms from a regular looking turtle into a ninja turtle.

Some household appliances.

Nice slippers, pajamas, a wallet, and several packs of different scented wax for her wax melter.

I can't wait for her to open all of it, I know she needs a lot of the stuff

Back at the hospital. My leg goes numb and my back still hurts. They might look at my heart as well because my heart rate was 130.

:::crosspost:::

one of the chickens slipped out the top of the uncovered fence. i thought i was going crazy and hearing voices because i heard cackling chickens and roosters crowing over and over and over and over. i thought "oh no. ill have to tell my therapist about these new voices"...

they were just alerting me or alerting that one slipped out.

That would explain a lot, ten.
I've been having some stress lately and I think t hat is why my symptoms have been worse.
I couldn't figure out what is causing stress, though
