I finished with my psychologist today, the card went down well he was really happy with it. We where talking about what I'd learned from the 14 weeks of group interpersonal effectiveness I've done and he pretty much confirmed what I was saying that I hadn't learned anything because I already had the skills to begin with. Well... that was a bit of a waste of 14 bloody weeks.

I used to feel so out of place in that group because I'd never have examples from my life where I struggled with dealing with people or having arguments, etc. I thought I was the one with the problem but no, I just didn't need to be there really. Thanks DBT... you rock!

Haha, thanks...I've been eating Taco Bell a lot lately because we go in town every day to see my boyfriend's grandma in the hospital.

Yeah... if all it does is talk about how bad everything is, I can't imagine that being helpful at all.

I wish I could sleep forever (not in a suicidal way). I like naps.

It will, you could always get a tattoo over it if it doesn't. I think I read you have a few tattoo's?

Why do people say they will be there for you forever,
And then as soon as you make a mistake, they leave and never come back?

Something small that meant a lot to me today,

In group the therapist said, "We're not scared of you, Kori."
Made me feel really good and for once my thoughts didn't jump to, "you're lying!" I felt like I could actually believe her and it felt nice.
Even though people in group probably don't understand, it helps to know they are not scared of me

Let's see if I'll still believe it next group

We're all just melons waiting to be squashed by a mammoth whale when it all comes down to it. Too short for science and too tall for mathematical existentialism. Like a butterfly, going down a mega water slide, pondering. Where did my life go. At the end of the day we are merely crab shells, being crushed by little toddlers ugg boots.

I see a therapist on the 11th. I don't know what to expect. I dread going over my past with them. It's a lot to cover.

Went over notes from my old psychiatrist I had when I was 14. My sister-in-law told him I brag to my friends about all the drugs I'm on and in another session she said that she thinks there is something more than bipolar and depression. Now, they are like nothing is wrong with you, and I get pills for my boyfriend's mom and 15 year old sister. Yeah... I just can even. I'm sorry I complain a lot about this. One day I'll prove them all wrong.
