i texted my landlord. i basically told him that i know kids are loud and i dont know what can be done about it bc hes just a kid. but that its way too much sometimes. i dont like loud noises ever and when i hear a bang, him stomping, or running back and forth i feel like i cant handle it

i would do that if i didnt have an intense fear of conflict. texting my landlord was brave enough and he didnt respond so i am going to retreat and just deal with it...

one of the common side effects of topamax is menstrual changes. also explains my frequent urination which is a rare side effect. i was thinking i had diabetes. it also induces apathy and depression and loads of other stuff. i wonder if i should continue it.

I just got out of the hospital.

Possible trigger:

He just changed Abilify to Latuda because I was starting to have involuntary movements and sounds almost like Tourette's when I tried to relax especially at night.

I'm glad to hear that you are out of the hospital. That must have been a hard thing to experience. Have the involuntary movements improved?

How's things with you? What are you up to these days? Haven't seen you around much lately.

My anxiety never stops and I'm so tired of feeling this way. The noise is too loud in my space. It's pounding up from downstairs. I was dumped by a "friend" for having suicidal thoughts.

I'm sorry to hear that. I don't understand why people would do that. Wouldn't they be concerned instead of angry? I can never tell my family anything about my mental health. I feel like they already disown me because of it.

Well, they were concerned to the point where I was told to go back to the clinic and get therapy and meds, or call the suicide prevention hotline. I didn't have a plan or was seriously thinking of it though.

Thank you, sp. I think maybe the suicide objections were just an excuse to stop having to write so much but I don't really know. Either way, it is too bad.
