so, with ts erika being all the rage down here, most people are scrambling to buy up all the water and canned goods, etc. I hate to be an alarmist, but I get worried that I won't be "prepared." So this was my passive aggressive attempt to get stocked up. May it not be said that I ran out of water for coffee.

my stomach hurts so bad. i had 2 cups of coffee and a starbucks today. ugh. im like bloated and full.

I think my body is healing physical wounds way faster than it normally does. I googled it but I could only find one case study. For some reason, it makes me very nervous.

I talked with a very psychotic homeless man today. He thought that God sent him to my city to judge it with his mind. He was a nice guy. I enjoyed talking to him. He didn't ask me for money, which is a good thing, because I am running out of it and don't get paid for four more days.

i use to drink 15 a day and when i stopped i was going through severe caffiene withdrawals. so i never did that again. i was getting severe aura migraines that went down my neck and back. felt like a train hit me. seriously.

Just back from a really great trip to Amsterdam with my faincee! We did so much, the Heineken Factory, the Artis Zoo, the Amsterdam Dungeon and loads of walking around the Red Light District looking at boobies! I'll see if I have any nice pictures to upload here when I go through them! Not of boobies, no photo's in the district or you get abuse!

Had such a great time, I think we really needed it!

I will find out the results of my blood work soon on my fasting glucose level. And eventually find out if I have diabetes. I hope I don't but it would explain some things...

this guy keeps asking me out. were friends. but hes immature. couple years younger than me. has said some things that have made me uncomfortable like the N word referring to black people. he has schizophrenia and every once and awhile will say hes having a schizophrenic attack. so that makes me nervous.

idk about him.

i need to start learning how to deal with my panic attacks better. im really in a very very very low spot right now with panic attacks. i couldnt even read right now an article by NAMI about panic attacks because i was triggered with anxiety.

does anyone have any alternative ideas to dealing with panic attacks or anxiety? other than like calming music or something? mine is pretty severe and right now its just not good.

im not good right now.

like i find myself even vomiting from anxiety so...

Look up mindfullness, read about it a bit and try some guided mindfulness meditation videos on youtube. You can do that in either order depending on your levels of stress right now. Mindfullness has really helped me with my anxiety and you can do it in all different situations, it's not all about sitting around in a quiet room meditating with nice music. There's so much to it.

right now idk if my nausea is being caused by my anxiety or if i had too much caffiene/coffee today but i feel extremely sick right now. sorry guys. i took my meds but im hoping i dont throw them back up.

like i find myself even vomiting from anxiety so...

I just let myself have one and take my anxiety medicine right away because I know I can't make it stop and it's going to happen regardless of what I so. I make sure to remind myself that I've taken my medicine and it will calm me down and everything will be okay soon. Just hold on. And I just tell myself that until my meds start kicking in and I start to calm down.

I'm sorry I'm not much of advice. I hate getting so anxious that I throw up. It's the worst. I hope you start to feel better.
