I slept on and off all day. Internet wasn't working until now so I had nothing to do really. Probably going to watch shark documentaries on YouTube now

my mom pushes me to get a job. yet my dad was the one who set up ssdi under his name and is pretty settled down under the fact that i have a nice income coming in.

There's things you can do. Why would you lose your disability? Sorry I'm behind on the post. You can get help now with school even.

Go here.

http://www.dars.state.tx.us/drs/offi...ceLocator.aspx

You can go to your nearest vocational rehab location. They help people pay for school, transportation and everything to help people live independently. They would be able to help you the best. If you have a case worker through MHMR, talk to them or your t about it. They'll know a lot more about VR programs than me. I just know they help people go to school by giving tuition waivers and such.

i know about DARS. but i heard they help people to pay to get degrees in fields that are technical. you know? like specific. occupational. whatever the word is. and dont pay for bachelors degrees or higher advanced degrees. i heard they just get you a two year degree and send you out in the workforce.

i heard this from people at my MHMR who have been to DARS.

Maybe you could go to your local community college and use DARS there for 60 credits. Then find a university that you can transfer all your credits over there. Once that's done, file for federal financial aid and get the other 60 credits. My community college had a program where you take all your main courses there so you can take most of the fun interesting classes at the university. They might have a program like that at your community college.
Thanks for this!

Hey guys, I just got home from work and got settled in. Work went well enough. Although, when we were so close to starting to close, I got a desert order in and my head almost popped off. It was 4 fried Oreos, 2 bread puddings, 2 chocolate chip cookies, and a banana xango. The sous chef helped me with the Oreos since I was out of dough. I was on my way to the microwave to take out the warmed up xango, and I slipped on the wet floor and grabbed onto the microwave, taking it down with me. It was really embarrassing, everyone came running to look and see what happened. Of course I was covered in nastiness. So i told them that I prefer to have a microwave fall on me every now and then, but the good thing is the xango was ok. It reminded me of the time I got hit by a car while crossing the street. Just completely embarrassed, and apologetic for causing a ruckus. So, yeah. That was my night.

Afternoon guys!

We had a garden party at my parents house yesterday with a marquee & catered food/drink since they are moving away in just over a week. It was good, I think 70 people turned up in total. Sister came up with my nieces/nephew too so it was good to see them.

Just doing clearing up & stuff today then back to my flat tomorrow. I think I'll be coming over to this house one more time before they move but it will be sad to see them go. I spent all my time growing up in this house so it has a lot of memories.

I hope you'll be able to say a fond farewell to the house, Loial. I remember when my parents sold their house I was in another state and never got to salvage what I wanted to keep. Oh well. I hope everything goes well.

Not sure if I was awake or dreaming but I was hallucinating the grim reaper leaving my room. I felt paralyzed like I couldn't move. It was a bit scary.

I'm having an anxiety attack for the first time in like a year. Taking 6 prozacs a day because I have too many. I'll go back to 4 a day as prescribed. I don't get anxiety unless I'm not on it or I mess with the dosage.

Never again.

But the millionare guy is delusional and an egotistical ******* idk kind I got to me but ya ritalin caffeine and the most potent SSRI in terms of serotonin and stimulation.

Ughhh can't even drink.

Was hearing voices like crazy last night. Paranoid.

I forgot to say that I'm not telling my mom about the paranoia because it would ruin the trip but I'm ok.

Also, had a conversation with the guy for like 2 hours.

At the kitchen table, it was the first time that I was able to have a conversation since I got anhedonia and I didn't drink a drop. That's progress for me.

Have you had your thyroid checked? I just started taking Levothyroxine.

Sounds a lot like Sleep Paralysis. Scary but nothing serious.

That's good! Lots of anxiety but hopefully I'll be cleaning my place out soon and that will make a huge difference on the depression.

Ah, I sometimes find cleaning to be a time where I reflect on my life... Everything and anything. Not sure how that has anything to do with depression but a clean house always puts me in a better mood.
Thanks for this!
