Morning everyone!

I slept ok last night... I am finding myself waking up around 4:30-5am & only dozing until I get up around 6:55am. It's not too bothersome though as I don't feel wide awake but I would still prefer to sleep right through.

Since I'm keeping my iPhone 5S for another year I decided to get a new case. The one I have is a beige leather one but it's completely worn & darkened now with bits at the bottom broken off. It lasted two years so that's something at least. This is the one I decided to get, it's the same but in brown:

It looks kind of orange to me. But I do like it, orange is my favorite color!

I guess a bit yeah, I guess technically it's "tan".

Good morning guys, I haven't been able to be on as frequently due to work and its weird hours. Got home last night around 2:30 . I still try to keep updated as often as possible, but work takes its toll on being able to interact. Love y'all.

I wonder if I'll ever have a chair. I'm so sick of leaning on my bed. It's not good for me at all. It keeps me off balance physically.

Perhaps you could try saving up some money & getting a second-hand armchair? I'm sure it wouldn't cost a lot. Although I guess you'd need to arrange someone to pick it up & deliver it for you.

Yes, if I ever have room to put one in here. I still haven't gotten this place decluttered yet. I can't do it on my own unfortunately.

Would it be possible to try and save for a cleaner to come in once and help? I know when we moved out of our house the landlord said it wasn't clean (which was bull! but how and ever) and they took about €150 out of our deposit and gave us a receipt from a cleaner. So it wouldn't be too expensive I don't think. You could ring around and get a few quotes!

Yes, but the stuff in here has to be sorted through and taken out. That's the major problem I have to get done first.

Ah I get ya, maybe you could set up a schedule and try do a little bit every day. Even 5 minutes with a 5 minute break for an hour or something. It's probably a little daunting and you don't know where to start, I get like that and end up putting stuff off. From what you've said I doubt you can rely on your friends to help you so you'll just have to get around to doing it yourself. I'd really love to hear you getting it sorted and living in a clear and comfortable place. You'll feel so much better, and you'll be able to get yourself an awesome chair!
Thanks for this!

morning.

had my coffee.

haldol is the only med that takes away my symptoms without a lot of side effects. it only makes me tired. im hesitant to change meds right now because of how long it takes to get stable on them and i need to be stable for school. and then what about the side effects of others? i dont want to become prediabetic again. the atypicals cause me so much distress. and some of them didnt even work on me. like geodon and abilify. ill try to work something out with my psychiatrist i suppose. she doesnt listen tho so its hard. she barely talks and when she does she seems like she can barely understand english.

There's just too much to do. If I fill a trash bag, I can't carry it out. As it is I pay people to carry my trash down because I can't do it myself with my bad back. So if I fill a trash bag I can't carry it down. I tried to start working on this two years ago and got stuck on the whole trash bag thing and there being no room to even put a trash bag. It's complicated. I need help. I need someone working with me. My friend and I were able to almost completely clear the hallway. Of course now different stuff got shifted into the space we cleared but we managed that and did a whole huge suitcase full of stuff. I can do it if someone helps me but without help I'm just lost.

I'm sorry Angelique, that really sucks. I wish there was something I could do to help.

Has anyone else had hair loss? Wondering if it could partly be from meds. I also have been hypothyroid for awhile and I know that causes hair loss. Just wondering if it will start getting better.

I don't believe any APs are known to cause hair loss however I believe some SSRIs can but you aren't on those so...

Are you being treated for your hypothyroidism? I would imagine if so then it will gradually come back although there is always the possibility it has just happened naturally... I know my grandma has had a lot of hair loss in her old age. It's not as common in women as in men but still...

I know your pain though, I've had a receding hairline since I was about 21... oh the joys of good genes.

Lol, yes. I'm laughing and sad about it at the same time. I don't know if it's possible for me to get much older. Yes, I'm taking generic Synthroid now. But I'm not hoping for much. I don't feel any different and it's been about a month, maybe a few days short.
Thanks for this!

Angelique my nanny uses some treatment from my brothers salon and it seems to help at least slow it down and makes the hair fuller. I can find out the name of it if you like?

OK, thanks. But I know there's stuff in the US you can get for hair loss, I just don't know if I want to go that route.

Yeah I think it can be expensive and I've read before sometimes simple lifestyle changes like diet could help. The treatments are probably a last resort. Hoping it'll be something simple that needs to be changed and it will resolve. I don't think AP's would cause hair loss though.

Well if it's not the meds that's good. I'm taking gabapentin and other stuff which could do it though I guess. I'm taking a multivitamin but I don't think it's helping my hair. I should change my diet but fresh groceries are hard to get.
