Are you sure that's from the med and not the stress you're under?

Yes, I think so. I have been getting them noticeably more frequently in the last week.

Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, my eyes changed a little too. For the past while (don't remember when it started) I stopped being able to view anything on my phones with both eyes. I have to close my right eye and get very close to the screen with my left eye. I was going to go to the opthalmologist finally last Monday but then it snowed a lot and I was afraid to go to the appointment when after it my eyes would be dilated, ice on the ground, and my cataracts. So I cancelled again.

I'm really hoping they can make new lenses for me. In the past they couldn't make glasses to correct for both eyes.

In any case, they've just continued triggering me today. Mostly the wife downstairs.

They've succeeded in desensitizing me a bit from the trigger. Since they've been assaulting me with it for almost a month. I can almost not feel sick anymore from it, but that depends on my level of stress.

Bad day. All three of them are here. I've turned on the oldies channel on cable to drown out their triggering but unless I have it on max volume it doesn't work.

I did put it on maximum volume for awhile but I'm too paranoid they'll call the police and I'm in no frame of mind to handle that. High stress/tension level today. Slept badly with hours of wakefulness in-between small bits of sleep.

I'd seriously have assumed by now that this would be over with, but it's not. And I'm a shaking mess with tremors from the drugs I'm taking to accommodate the will of these pos.

Sorry I'm actually using this thread. It may not be helping anyone else but it's helping me.

So today was very similar to January 14th. All of them just constantly triggering me. Maybe less of the one upstairs though. The beauty of it is that when I muted the TV and turned on the recording app on my phone, I got a perfect recording of them, and I only needed to record about 3 minutes of them. So now I have a good recording that I can show police, without having to go through notes I never made of which recording was good, and the timing on the recording of where it happened, etc. At least something good came of this awful day.

Yes, thanks, it is because my notes on my phones are not organized and I didn't make a hard copy set of notes.

Also, I'm sure he did something to points in his ceiling to make sound more clear. They're probably making the noise into a conduit, like a soup can with string. Sounds crazy but it works. And these pos are going all out on this project.

I don't give a $&%# if anyone reading thinks that's ridiculous when I know the difference between regular sound travel from one unit to another, and whatever he did to his ceiling. His wife has been using two different positions to trigger me, and a method of doing it that she thinks won't get her caught. Two areas where I previously heard the sawing noise which was probably made with a knife.

Anyway, none of that matters (except to the landlord). What matters is my ability to convince police I'm being constantly harassed. And having evidence to back up my claim. I have recordings of the stamping too, from before January 14th. So I'm good to go on reporting it, hopefully. Now it's just a matter of having the courage to contact the police. I'm worried they might report me to adult protective services or something due to the mess in here.

Maybe I'll see if I can go there after my next appointment at the clinic so it won't be as hard to get there. I don't know. The police station had no one at the desk when I went there in 2010.

The police , what can the police do? They will act on evidence , this lady ,is making a bunch of very loose connections and is making assumptions based on what she thinks is happening.

Well, what do you expect? This is a mental illness forum and this thread is in the schizophrenia and psychosis sub-forum. I do understand tough love that there are times we have to try to bring back people who are having an episode to think clearly and being logic, but that should be done in a gentle and polite way. People here because they need support which some of them couldn’t get it in real life. We are not in their shoes, we have no idea what really happen in their life. Angelique made her own thread so that she won’t interrupt others like in let say, the Roll Call thread. Isn’t it nice of her by doing so? She cares about others despite what is happening in her life right now. She deserves a better response in her own thread. I admire your logical mind, but people here cannot be logic all of the time, there are times when we can’t handle our thoughts, which I believe you do understand this as well, since you are a part of us too.

Yes. I've been terrified a lot more times since then here, due to my neighbors. I have made recordings which confirm much of what I've said is happening to me.

Seeing as how there's been talk of me putting the thread here in this forum, again I'll say it has no bearing on delusions. I posted it here because it's germane to any sufferer who finds themself victimized and their illness used against them. That is happening in this forum too. People are using the forum I posted in as some sort of proof that I am delusional. My illness is being used against me by people, friends, who should know better. Anyway, newtus posted her chicken thread in this forum, which we have all enjoyed. Should she have posted it in some other forum? No, because the chickens are not a hallucination. Neither is what's going on here in my so called home.

No change. They're all here and I'm trapped in the middle. I've had a Christian channel on all morning, trying to feel more hopeful. I just want to cry though, and I'm doing as much of that as my meds will allow. Silently.

I'm in a horrible place. This has been going on for over a month now. I'm afraid of going to the police because of the mess my place is in, and I have a lot of anxiety about it.

I know how hard it is for you to work. I feel the same.

I'm sorry you're still suffering angelique. We have problems with our neighbours downstairs playing ridiculously loud music at all hours of the morning so I kind of understand how you feel. Has the abilify helped at all?

Hi justme, thanks. So far the 50% increase in Abilify hasnt made any difference. They just won't stop what they're doing. I've even developed more paranoia, but they're really doing this and they won't stop.
