3 bottles of wine a day for Tweaky. Idek probably the meds at that time. Half of that gave me my first moderate-severe alcohol poisoning ^^

It lasted for two days and I was throwing up bile every 10-15 minutes for 24 hours.

It could be an ovarian cyst too....still better to get it checked out...if your appendix ruptures you can get sepsis which is really bad...I would not wait for a fever...

My appendix is gone but because I was having ovary problems on that side. It was extremely painful 7/10....

Alcohol tolerance won't change that quickly. I'm not really sure how long it takes for it to go down, but certainly we're probably talking months here.

How big are your wine samplers, like how many ml? I guess 3 samplers is probably equivalent to 3 glasses of wine, which is like half a bottle of wine give or take.

yea its about 3 glasses. it says it has 6 ounces of wine in each sampler. i drank 3. not all at once either.

This worries me your vomiting may be related to your pain and not the drinking I would at least call a doc....if it's your appendix it's ER level stuff.

mine pains arent that painful. like 5/10. maybe 4/10. they worsen in variable situations. either if i breathe or crunch my body down like slump down or stress. i wondered if it was just stress but it cant be. cuz it comes off and on.

idk...ill call the doctor on monday

That's your best bet. No harm getting it checked out, peace of mind and all that.

If things get worse go to the ER directly not everyone has as much pain or all the symptoms....what they told me was removing the appendix before it ruptures isnt that big of a deal but if you wait too long and it ruptures you can basically die. Hopefully it's just your ovary or something.....

It could just be constipation.....but when you're in pain you're not going to be pooping anyway.

If youre out its probably not your appendix, i was not walking except in a hunch but then that ended up being an ovary.

If you are worried you can call 911 I'm guessing they can walk you through whether it's an emergency or not.

Hey Newtus, upstate New York. Immediate family, I live in Kentucky now. My sister said there's low income level houses for people with psych issues and I can get a room with a roommate and have a case manager and stuff so that's probably what we're going to do

Do you have a job? Having that 8 hour a day job may help you to now live with such risky behavior. It doesn't need to be a difficult one. I use to work at a pizza place. it kept me busy physically. I, personally, need a job in order to balance myself in many ways. Without it, I would be a wreck.

Stay cool,

I woke up at 6::0 and couldn't fall back to sleep this has been happening a lot. I wonder if it has something to do with the ambien. I should really try sleeping without it. I just hate being in bed and not being able to sleep.

My Pdoc is thinking I may have ADHD now. Many days I can't stop moving my legs in a fast motion. It messes with my concentration. Thank god I have a job that keeps me moving. I can still write, but it is a hurdle. I notice I'm listening to music I normally wouldn't, like The Prodigy and the sorts, because I feel so anxious.

I never felt like this until I've been on bipolar meds and a new anti depressant, Effexor. What can I do here?

If I take ambien every day for more than a week I'll wake up after something like four hours as bright as a spark.

Mentally, I'm anxious, might have another illness, ADHD. I still work on my book though. 200 pages so far, but my thoughts are always evolving so I decided to change a chapter nearly entirely. I finished Aristotle though. The hardest read I've ever had. I feel like I've accomplished so much by that reading! That's diligence and competency.

How are you doing, brother?
Thanks for this!

ADHD is something you develop very young. Like in childhood, my pdoc who wrote books on it said the evaluation process is very thorough and involves interviews with people who would have been around you as a child (like a parent). I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 15 but my pdoc is sure I grew out of it because I was able to get through college. As far as I'm aware you don't just develop ADHD in later adulthood.

Not sure about the evaluation process in the USA, but it's grossly over diagnosed there so I'd be skeptical if they don't do a thorough work up.
Thanks for this!

Ok I don't know but given how you reacted to ADs before maybe the dose of Effexor could be backed down?

I'm sorry, I know you are being serious but the inclusion of that second sentence just has me rolling on the floor.

Yeah I'm with the others in that I doubt it's the drinking. Best to get it checked out.

Do you guys have like a non-emergency medical number or anything? We have a "NHS 24" service where out of your surgery hours you can talk to a doctor & they will tell you the best course of action.
