No I was thinking of this thread. How would he find you? Psych central is a pretty big place.

I left my unlocked phone at home when I went to my clinic appointments. The theory is that someone with my keys got in and explored my phone. :/

That's what I have decided to do too. I'm feeling very dysphoric.

Yes, maybe this. I don't think the folks I've been remembering would be around here very much though. They strike me as not having much patience for this type of web site.

And thank you!

Wow it's quiet in here tonight. I'm watching mindless television to keep my head quiet and my mood relaxed. Been a day of Ativan so I need the down time. Hope everyone is off doing something good.

Random 1 am post: been working since 10:30 tonight, pretty sure I fell asleep a few times. In order to combat sleepiness, I'm drinking coffee and listening to ok go. 2ish more hours. Wee!

Working that late can't be fun.

You don't have to get up early tomorrow/today do you?

It wasn't particularly fun, however I just finished it (I'm using that term loosely). I will inevitably be woken up at 7am by a large black mammoth (cat), so I can get up to feed it, along with the 4 other beasts (also cats) and my smallish human.

Hopefully nothing bad happens
When you see your P doc next time, make sure to tell them how severe your meds have impacted your memory. I've noticed it for a while. Especially in the chatroom .

Maybe you should get one of those pill box organizers? That way you can easily see if you have taken or missed a dose, all you have to do is fill it up once a week.

My Dad, who is rather forgetful these days, uses that in combination with an alarm on his phone for his warfarin etc.

You can get ones with AM & PM slots if you take meds twice a day too.

Seeing my cpn for the last time today. It turns out that she was leaving the service anyway. Now I feel bad because if I hadn't have said anything she would have left and I wouldn't have told her I didn't want to work with her and it could have ended on a lot nicer note, instead I just look like an asshole! Typical.

I'm flying to Vancouver today. They better let that thing through security.

I wonder if they'll take away some fish oil pills because it could be over the max amount of liquid ml

I take the triple strength ones that only come in liquid gels I think. Then take of those 4 a day as it says on the bottle. I read in a lot of places that the real effectiveness is a couple grams. I think the really low ones are just manufacturers trying to rip people off because when I go to the store, there's huge amounts of bottles but the DHA and EPA is very low.
