Take it with food that way it digests correctly.

I don't take supplements. From what I've heard, unless you're severely deficient in one for some reason you probably don't need it, most people get what they need if they eat a fairly balanced diet.

i dont know that i can afford any other ones. hes seeing me for free otherwise i wouldnt be able to go at all. hes not even technically supposed to be seeing me, im his only adult client, but he had some kind of interest in me and he works with my gender issues also. shopping for therapists in the south with that + psychotic symptoms is basically russian roulette with 5 slots loaded.

"Low Brain Levels of Vitamin B12 in Schizophrenia, Autism Patients".

I don't really think that's true. If so, I'm fine over having an energy drink every once and a while.

Took a Klonopin this morning for anxiety, seems to have calmed it down for much of the day.

Edit: as soon asI say that I get anxious, my luck

Kinda news to me. Just read apparently pH can affect the duration of amphetamines, so it can help in that regard. I guess that's what you mean?

Still bit dubious, as it depends more on your overall diet rather than just a single supplement & there are other factors that will play a role too.

AFAIK, the only real benefit to taking magnesium as far as stimulants are involved, is to relieve bruxism etc.

Quite common for people who drop MDMA to take magnesium for such purposes. Not that I'd know anything about that of course...

It's as simple as that. Good for you.

I've not smoked a cigarette this year... had my last one around 4pm on the 31st of December. Couldn't face another year of smoking.

I've been using nicotine mouth spray. I had actually been trying on and off for a year, with the only success being cutting from 25 a day down to 10.

I've now only got just under 3 weeks left before I'm nicotine free. Down to 5 sprays a day now. So far any doubts about cutting down on the sprays have been unfounded... sure that'll be the case by the time I'm off nicotine completely as well.

Will be the 2nd time I've quit using NRT. And last.
