Angelique, have you called your pdoc and told him what you are going through? It does sound a great deal like some of this is hallucination/delusion/paranoia at this point; you said your friend thought that also. Perhaps you need to see your doctor and get a check on whether your medications are working right for you?

My meds are working just fine. Unlike a lot of people, I actually take them everyday.

Now I'm wondering if this is due to my 15mg of Abilify finally kicking in. I'm dizzy and feel choked with poisoned air. It could be the meds I guess. Up to 15 from 10 should be noticeable but it wasn't. So maybe it is now, since yesterday.

It can't be worse than what just happened here. I hope it's nothing to worry about.

So my guilty as sin neighbors were sitting around in their places and I completely forgot to mention what they've been doing since January. Oh my God!

Downstairs just put his crap on super loud. Maybe a new/old campaign to still get me out of this hellish hole.

Did anyone here ever feel really dizzy with significant cognitive impairment from Abilify?

went to see a peer support specialist. we talked for 2 hours. she said her degree is in philosophy. really cool.

shes starting a Hearing Voices Network group that would be the first one in Texas. She recommended i be a facilitator for one of the groups since i have experiences with hearing voices.

glad i went today.

Voted today. We're essentially voting for a new government and Taoiseach but we have an odd way of doing it. You vote for local candidates in order of preference. So you put a 1, 2, 3.. and so on beside their names. If they belong to a party and that party gets a majority then their leader will become Taoiseach, or they have a choice to negotiate one. So you can't really directly vote for the country's new leader, like in the States with the presidential nominations. Backwards us as usual.

It's likely there'll be a hung Dail. Which unfortunately doesn't mean the government that are in at the moment will be taken out back of Leinster house and hung. It means two parties will refuse to go into a coalition together and we'll have to vote again, until we get it right.

What's everyone up to?

Just had dinner with my Mum, watched a programme about Central America with Steven Fry. Now she's gone I can get back to watching anime. Damn addictive series.

That is unfortunate. It would solve an awful lot in British politics too, being as hung parliaments are meant to become much more likely here in the future.

It was bug poison. Now they're trying putting other crap into the wall. I made holes in the wall when I was psychotic, looking for speakers. That's what they're using to get odors and fumes in here. I noticed last night that wind was coming through the holes. My dizziness cleared after the window was open and they temporarily stopped putting crap through the walls.

Just saw my pdoc----I asked her what my official diagnosis is she said I'm either bipolar I with psychotic features or sza bipolar type. I also asked her about pregnancy and she said it was such a high risk period that I would have to remain medicated and with each relapse without medicine I will have increased my chances of becoming treatment resistant. She also felt that latuda was only category B because it was so new that there weren't adequate tests done so I might as well stick with abilify although if I wanted to switch to tell her and we'd do it 4 months before trying to get pregnant. She also told me she's had patients who have had babies on abilify and they turned out fine but that again it was a limited data set. All in all I think its a good thing----I can just stay on the med I'm stable with and that's the best I can do. Also I told her if I'm bipolar I must have the lowest number of meds etc, she said that's another reason not to change anything.

My doctor wrote a letter for my school, saying I was too mentally ill to go to class, and I should do it online.

Really happy about that, hope I can finally graduate.

That's pretty much what I was told. I don't think it's worth the risk to the baby. I don't think it's fair to put that risk on a child or to have them go through withdrawals or suffer possible mutations. It's just not right.

It's a possibility, things are moving quickly with the current boyfriend and he wants one for sure I just want to know what the options are plus I'm getting older so I need to have one sooner than later if I want kids which I'm not sure about TBH.
