I just finished watching The Tale of Princess Kaguya.

It was good but different in many ways. It didn't exactly have a happy ending, so I'm left wondering exactly what the moral of the story was... there are certainly a few possibilities.

I got to say, since I've been watching Steins;Gate in Japanese with subtitles, it made me appreciate how much is lost with dubs. The sync was out on one of the episodes so I had to watch it in English & it just wasn't the same.

I've only watched two Studio Ghibli films in Japanese, since I saw them at the cinema before the DVDs came out. (From Up On Poppy Hill & The Wind Rises)

That basically gives me an excuse to watch them all again in Japanese.

Having said that, some of the dubs were really good to be honest. Christian Bale as Howl was great. He even did the gravely batman voice briefly...

Thanks, ha don't let his looks fool you. He can be a little sht sometimes. If he's not stealing cat food he's rolling in fox poo. He's a nightmare to walk aswell because he's been attacked a few times so now he's scared of other dogs.

I have a beagle that rolls in any **** she finds. I gave her a bath and the first thing she did was roll in bird ****. I give up lol

I vape and it's a miracle. It's a nicotine replacement thing but it's so much safer than smoking. Tastes worlds better too. I still get cravings for real smokes but I usually hate the taste if I have one.

To all : Thanks for the reply. Yes arguments are okay. Different point of view is fine as well. In fact, we can learn many things from having arguments and seeing other's point of view. Come from a family with mixed races and different religions, I do know about tolerance. What I mean by violation is I see someone forcing their own opinion to others. Arguments should be done in respective way. What's the point of having arguments if we don't appreciate other's opinion? Why not having an argument with a mirror then if we only want to hear our own thoughts. And this is just reminder for myself, I think there is a fine line between tolerance and indifference. If I see violation and do nothing about it then it's not tolerance anymore, it's indifference. That's why I asked how to report a violation.

It's not Neil though, hahaha I don't know about Neil much (Hi Neil!) but somehow I know he was joking about Loial. It's not everyone from Roll Call as well, you guys are too kind and supportive to each other to get reported
