Im finally getting my hair cut today. After a year.

I had a really good physical therapy session today. It was kind of a hard morning, otherwise. And there wasn't time to try to remember my dreams.

Akathisia shouldn't have stopped the Vyvanse need a Cogentin

Oh I hate akathisia. I don't get it so bad since I stopped getting Abilify. I think they switched me to Risperdal. I wish they'd stop. I was doing well on Invega except for my snapping turtle jaws.

I hope you can get relief ASAP, Tweaky.

Had an okay day. Nodded on and off. Then I vacuumed and lit some candles. It smells so good. Now I have to do the dishes again.

Hey guys. Me and the bf have organised a time to view a house next week! So excited!
I'm feeling better. I've actually been out on visits by myself for work. Organising my own caseload. It's made my confidence grow massively.
I'm drinking vodka and lemonade. Blueberry Smirnoff and lime Smirnoff. I'm working the weekend so it's my treat haha. I hate working the weekend. But the money is good.
I'm still seeing my psychologist. Don't know where we're going with it but it's good to talk. I did a risk relapse plan with my cpn and it was so positive. It's amazing how far I've come in a year. She jokingly said it's the most positive relapse plan she's ever done haha

Thank you!!! I feel so much better. So much more confident. And it feels good to not have hair all on my neck. Especially in this heat. Gonna be 95 in two days.

Feel better. Had a sleep on the couch in another unit.

If psychiatrist doesn't give the Vyvanse back then I'm getting PRN Ativan because I'm so tense from being in the unit with other people. At least with Vyvanse I have confidence and motivation and I'm not so tired and can focus.

I don't mind going to Mexico because I'll be able to drink to relax.

Or at least put me back on an SSRI.

Nothing else helps I'm tense and anxious.

I filled out my prescription today. And I am going to tell someone else today about all this. I will. I'll do it. I'll do it...

Im tempted to smoke some pot. I prob shouldnt. But im very curious as to how id feel.

My dad is drunk tonight. So im triggered. I want a drink. and knowing hes drank just has me wanting to do something too
