I saw my pdoc today and she said I need to be locked up but she can't do it because she is a private doctor and I told her I been suicidal for a week now and I mean nothing is being done about it

I'm kind of drunk a bit again. I'm sorry. I finished off two bottles. So it's getting less and less. And a bottle of wine too. So yeah...

Good morning everyone. I'm having a rough day . I'm hoping I can nap today to make it go by faster.
I'm going to bring my daughter to the mall after school. She needs a new dress for a dance Friday. Depending on my mood of course. Other than that I have nothing but laundry to do. What do you have going on today?

Recovery review went amazing. I'm going to stay here longer. I opened up to problems that they didn't even realize until now. Psychiatrist understands why I vaped the drug and had to take so many PRNs and changed the injection that I'm getting today to 3 weeks instead of 4.

Everything seems to be going really well even though I have problems that seriously need to be worked on and it will take time.

I wish I knew why I am so sad.

I hope the sadness will dissolve away.

Psychiatrist took me off Vyvanse I agreed. She'll probably put me on Alertec (Modafinil/Provigil or Armodafinil/Nuvigil)

Saw my peer support specialist today. Got my meds with the discount card my pdoc gave me. Saved only 30 bucks. But better than nothing i guess...

Is it worth trying to find another T whilst yours is out sick? It could be a while and you will need support.

Could it be related to the fact that you are sleeping less during the day so you have more time on your hands now? I know my mood tanks when I have too much time on my hands to think.

Ive spent a lot of money on healthy foods and time researching and listening to my mom about eating clean and healthy. Ive cut out almost all sugar. (Which she told me to). And have been to whole foods once a week or so since mid april and i dont see much change.

I guess i thought id see maybe a few pounds less this past more than a month. I dont mind slow weight loss as i dont have money to goto a gym. Im super super good at knowing what to cut out and what to do for diet. I guess i just bothers me when i see no weight loss.
