Im kinda upset. My therapist appt was today at 10:30am. I got there at 10:35.
She didnt get me til 11. So she only saw me for 15 minutes.... Its been 2 weeks since i seen her... What kinda crap is that?

Yes. I usually have it in a ponytail, that's how it got so long, I never saw it, lol. I'll probably cut it again. The young aides like to braid it.

Just saw my therapist. She's got the paperwork ready to switch me over to the clinic part of the building since I'm finished with the day treatment program

Its been 33 totals days for me but i picked up my 30 day today and my friend asked me if its been 30 and i said "33" and he just looks at me and shakes his head. Idk. I dont feel welcome there. I didnt feel welcome at the AA one either. Maybe thats just how its done at places like this but i dont like having to be so damn anonymous that i cant talk about whats on my mind. Like they dont allow you to talk about what you use. I dont like that i cant talk to my closest friends about what goes on in the meeting even if its to share how much i liked what someone shared.

I've never actually been to an OA meeting myself so I don't know how they are , I just like the idea of getting something to symbolize my progress.
I'm sorry you don't feel welcome at NA, that's not right.
