My boss had me work an 11 hour day today. This is the new normal I guess. 9am until 8pm.

Podcasts. Can you guys give me pod cast suggestions for work? I've been listening to Deathsquad's Kill Tony comedy and it's the best one I've come across. Hardcore History is now on my list. I just discovered Philosophy now. NPR's All Songs Considered is great. BBC's In Our Time is great for learning about high culture.

I'm looking to discover more cool new music in a podcast but whatever is clever. I have 11 hours to listen to podcasts so I'd be a fool not to experiment.
I know that lithium takes a looong time to get out of your system.

I know less about other mood stabilizers.

Either way, it's good news you feel no different. Definitely better than feeling worse.

@ Daytripper - i use the audible app to listen to books, they also have free some books, comedy, and ted talks. I recommend.

I am going to file an incident report with recipient rights against my work tomorrow. I am very scared.

Not about me, for our clients.

I said before that I was going to stop drinking right. Slow down anyway. I haven't bought any booze since (bottle wise - I've had some social drinks at restaurants). I polished off some bottles but I didn't replace any of them. I've finished up what I can and I've decided that I'm just not going to do it anymore.

Save for a couple occasions of social drinking I just don't feel like I should be drinking anymore. Half of the booze I've tried I seem to have a reaction to anyway so it's a sign.

I don't really like the feeling of being out of control. And tired. Crazy me likes it, sure, but I don't want that anymore for myself. Plus it's expensive and I don't want to waste my money on ********.

So I'm not planning on being perfect, but I'm trying.

I wouldn't worry about what the scale says, just how you feel. Do you feel like you're overeating or not getting enough exercise? If so try try make some changes, I know you've posted that you've lost a certain number of ounces one time and that's kind of obsessive, we gain and lose weight throughout the days naturally. 4 pounds isn't a huge amount, just get back on track. That's why I'm glad I don't have a scale anymore, I get obsessive with it too.

It's always best to weigh yourself once a week. Try to do like... Monday morning... after using the washroom lol.

And I know it's hard to only do it once a day. It's super easy to get obsessive about it again.
Thanks for this!

weigh yourself same day once a week. if you look at it daily its going to be discouraging because most people have a range of 5 pounds they fluctuate thru each day

Thanks everyone. Yea im pretty obsessive about my weight. Always have been since i gained 80 pounds from seroquel. Ill try to wean myself off weighing myself so much. Ill see if i can do it once a week. Mondays.

Yes i ate too much past two days and it just kept going up the past two days. Ill focus on my food and eating on my MyFitnessPal app.

This is gonna be hard!
