Roll Call 91!

It really has been. I don't love this type of summer. Hopefully it gets better.

I have some kind of inner ear problem. On my right side I have no balance. If I just turn my head a little to the right I start getting dangerously dizzy, even lying down. It came on yesterday and I don't know if I can see a doctor here.

More bad news, they put a third bed in this room. The bathroom was already always occupied with 4 people, now there are 5 or even 6.

The therapist said I'd probably be transferred in a month. She has no opinion on how long I'll be there. I feel like crap.

I took my meds. Gonna start winding down. Been having insomnia lately tho and waking up between 2 and 5am.

I sleep the whole night Zyprexa knocks me out but takes 1.5-2 hours to kick in idk why.

I would like to work in mental health be a psychologist or psychiatrist but maybe something different like an addictions counselor but these are just thoughts.. I like helping people that's a lot of what I've done on the internet I helped a lot of suicidal people like hundreds and such because I like to chat and can be a friendly when I'm doing well.

I just seem to be getting back a lot of what I've lost with drug abuse and psychosis becoming more logical and feel emotions instead of numbing them with anything that I can find that will alter my mind.

I'm having awful insomnia since the past week. And when my body is trying to relax, the RLS kicks in and I spend hours tossing and turning. I've been asking for Trazodone all week, but not early enough in the evening. I took it less than an hour ago.

Im finally home! It was an okay visit. We took one of the dogs. It was a difficult drive home for me, but now i can feed everyone and relax. Im so glad i got stuff done.

Now, the dumbasses next door have taken the toilet paper into their room. I called for a nurse about 10 or 15 minutes ago. If we ever get more toilet paper, I'm going to hoard it in here. Effing morons.

I'm part worried and part excited to see what tomorrow brings with no meds. Hahaha let's see what happens.

It's wildfire season here apparently there is 183 wildfires in BC raging outta control the interior is inundated with them it hasn't rained in about two weeks and they have released a state of emergency!

Restless legs are torturing, hope they give you enough Trazodone Before I was put on a med for that I often massaged my legs and put something heavy on them like blankets, they helped a bit.

Well the closet one is in Harrison hot springs east towards the eastern side of the lake!! And then they put one out on blackcomb mountain in whistler but nothing so far in the GVRD!!!

Morning. I'm at Panera bread having a scone and a breakfast Sammy. I should be able to beat my game today. I've been beating a planet a day. Then I have to figure out what I'm going to do with my life. x.X

Im exhausted already. I woke up at 5:30am. Im an early bird but i get tired soon after and need to rest.
