I picked up my ambien. Hopefully it helps me sleep, yesterday it didn't.

No, I had given my friend all my money. What I had was in his possession. The conservator called him because he had my money. So, whatever I spend in a month, less than $1600, goes into spend down. What I want or need has to be bought for me by him, and then that disgusting conservator . It's a nightmare.

Thanks for the welcomes everyone!

It sounds like an anxiety attack, cogladaid. I have had those symptoms before. In addition, it feels like I can't breathe, heart pounds, I feel light headed and some cases think I am going to faint. I have never fainted, though.

Have you tried something like a worry rock?

Hope the Ambien works tonight offthevalley.
