I just made a breakthrough in recognizing hallucinations when there is silence...

When things go totally quiet, I hear a ringing noise---likely tinnitus. It always dissipates when there is sound present. I realized when I hear the ringing AND the chatter, that means there is no sound present and it's a hallucination.

Little by little...day by day... I will conquer and rise above this.

You should categorize the different causes.

Can anyone give finding reason the specific biological reasoning for this? It has to do something with the extra dopamine in the brain, maybe the r2 receptor, but I'm pretty ignorant about this.

So that would be the biological cause, now you need the psychological cause.

Can anyone think of any other types than just the biological and psychological?

The biological is a "how" cause, and the psychological is more of a "why" cause, however, your own reasoning isn't behind it making it kinda functional on autopilot.

Is there a social cause to this, being your environment and the people you hang out with?
Thanks for this!

Well, I was alone when it happened. I was just using my laptop in the bedroom. I'm not even sure *why* it happened...sometimes I can identify the why with certain hallucinations or delusional thinking, but not all of them.

Truth is, i prob wont get a phd. Im not smart enough to, im not organized enough, i cant take on the work. Im pretty sure. If i got a degree in philosophy, a bachelors would suffice. It wouldnt even be for the money. Going into philosophy for me, as a degree, means enriching my life more than anything. I would get another associates in a totally unrelated field to supply knowledge for the workforce. Like real estate or electronics.

Went out to vape, and the moronic smoke monitor did not charge my iStick. Nor my MVPs. Feel like screaming. I stomped back to my room. I'm very let down. I just want tomorrow's smoke break right now if only it had been charged. I've been very shaky lately, physically and mentally. Wish I were dead.

I feel as though not having a fingerprint reader is a backslide. I love my fingerprint reader on my laptop.

Also, the way the new iphonex unlocks its self is identical to how I unlock my windows phone. It also doesn't have hardware buttons like the new apple iPhone x.

Also, the wireless charging is old. My windows phone already has it.

The new apple x really seems like an improvement all around but at great cost and nothing really new to the market.

Hi everyone,

I have been soooo busy this week and it is only Tuesday. I am in class at work again this week, it runs 8am to 6pm each day so not much free time for myself. It is alright though when it is all said and done I will be ready to sit for my VCP7-DTM (VMware Certified Professional - Desktop and Mobility 7th edition) exam. Which with that comes a 4% pay raise at work, and lord knows I need a pay raise right about now. Things have still been going good, I would say the Invega is in full effect which is nice. I haven't felt this "quite" in a while. Anyways hope you all are doing good!
Thanks for this!

Go little by little taking one or two classes at a time. That's what I did for my first 60 credits at the community college. Community college is way cheaper too. Although, 500 a class is very reasonable also.

How often do people usually get pay raises? I've worked at this place for 15 months without a pay raise. Granted, I came in high. This new kid who makes nearly half as much as me got a dollar raise after working there for 3 months. The only other guy who makes as much as me there use to be co-owner. He sold his share and tried to get out of business and he had to come back. Poor guy...

If I won the lottery I've said I'd go back to school for fun, I think it's awesome you'll get a chance to do just that

Usually once a year for cost of living but then I also just took a 10,000 pay cut for my new job because my salary had become inflated with said raises.

We get a cost living (3.5%) once a year and then if you meet certain goals like getting certs etc we get 4% raises.
