I don't know how I'm feeling. The doctor is going to ask me that tomorrow but I don't know what to say. Am I depressed? I know I'm not hypo. Is this bipolar/whatever depression or is this situational due to my job situation? Maybe this is normal? I don't know I feel below bar. I think.

I don't take the meds I'm UP UP UP. I feel maybe a little below normal maybe it's just something I have to deal with not medication related.

The delusions aren't so bad now I'm still not using nail polish or hair dye and I feel a bit paranoia but not so bad.

So maybe it's working? Maybe I need a higher dose? Maybe I need more time? Maybe I need a different med...? I don't know.

You might just be euthymic it's not very exciting but it's normal.

Well work starts soon. I have to paint a silly bridge. How weird is that? Hopefully Ill get to listen to my audiobook Mistborn. I can't believe I slept so well today. That was really strange. I never sleep this well and wake up so easily. Well, Ill be back on later tonight when I get off work. Apparently we just got 15 more gallons for this bridge which means it's bigger than I thought by a lot. Later folks!

It got hot here again. I don't really like too much heat, but i feel relieved summer isn't totally gone because i hate winter.

My wife is having her second fistula surgery today, so I'm sitting at the hospital. I always feel paranoid here, but i guess its manageable. Just very uncomfortable.
