It’s snowing like crazy but because of the morning rain we haven’t gotten as much as expected. I don’t drive in the snow so yea I am snowed in

Yep a bomb cyclone. So far the wind hasn’t been too bad but it’s expected to pick up.

I'm praying for a warmer day so I can vape lol. I'm grateful for the cigar but it doesn't give much vapor. Wow it's coming down even harder now.

There are salt trucks etc that I've noticed in the past but the state is so broke they might not be doing much.

We have snow plows. We get quite a bit of snow. They increased the prediction back to 12 inches.

My dogs are too funny with the snow. 1 of the big dogs love it. He runs around and jumps trying to catch the flakes. The other big on hates the snow and cold. He runs outside and runs back in. The little one doesn’t care. She goes out as little as possible.

I’m out of good vape juice. I’m currently vaping stone cold which is basically fruity pebbles. It’s pretty gross but still better than the pear one I have. My order just shipped today so definitely going to have to wait until next week.

Have you ever done cognitive behavioral therapy? I think I've been hanging out with the woebot too much and started noticing cognitive distortions like all or nothing thinking etc. Anyway it works on changing how you think so you don't make yourself feel even worse when bad things happen etc.

Thanks, my western blot is still going to suck but at least I'll be done with this line of work in a month or so, in the grand scheme its not all that important. I think the shower will help a lot. Sometimes its the little things.

I have hang out with woebot too. It’s hard to get out of the mind set. I realize it’s wrong I’m not a failure but it’s hard to get out of the mind set.
