I didn’t sleep well. Too much on my mind. Now I have to get up even earlier for work so running on about three hours of sleep. But I feel fantastic anyway.

Morning,

I’m feeling a little under the weather today. Slight cough and was a bit achy this morning. Thankfully not that bad but still enough to sleep in and grab some extra sleep after breakfast.

Today will be a quiet day I think.

Morning. I slept okay. This is my first day of work in 10 days. My vacation is about over, although i have tomorrow off because i see my pdoc.

Good morning! Busy day today. At my program now. Then going to the gym to work out. Then to the pharmacy. Then the library. Then grocery shopping. Same exact thing tomorrow. Roll Call 112 busy busy busy.

It's still technically morning. I slept late today. Tomorrow is the opthalmologist. I have a really freaky dental issue now. I will have to keep my mouth closed. Sigh. I hope everyone will have a good day. Roll Call 112️

Omg work was busy. I logged in to 49 requests. I had 0 on Friday. I could and probably should have kept working but I stopped. 4 & 1/2 hours is enough.
Nothing planned for the rest of the day. Right now I’m standing in front of the wood stove trying to get my ankles warm.

Did you wake up and weren't able to get back to sleep? That sucks. Before I got rid of that voice, it was fairly common for me to only get 2 to 5 hours sleep. I hope that never comes back.
