I’m now making more than I’ve ever made working from home aside from the job where I would get bonuses for sales but that varied. This is a steady rate increase. I think I do pretty good for working my own hours from home in my pajamas. My husband won’t be as excited because of taxes. I’m 1099’d so I don’t pay any. I don’t care. I’m really excited.

I'm doing okay today. Slept off and on until 8pm. Continuing my work from last night on optimizing my 8700K. Got the temps down by 15 C, and wattage down by 15 watts. So far stress tests are running stable, and I ran Rainbow Six Siege for a while. Rock solid. I'm happy with the results so far.

I go to the tattoo shop tomorrow to get the jewelry switched out of my piercing. Finally getting this massive stretched open 12 mm horseshoe out. She measured my lip and it's approximately 10mm so we will be going with that.

What is everyone up to today?

My therapist said the OCD thing having to do with the relationship sounds normal. She didnt say it wasnt ocd but she implied that. She says i just need to distract myself and refocus my attention until i can talk to the bf about issues. But she says the concerns i have are actually valid concerns. And that i need to talk to him about our different religious beliefs. Also talk to him about how him smoking would affect us living together since it isnt legal here.

My pss said im overthinking but my concerns are valid. I told her i almost broke up with him from obsessing so much. She said its obvious he cares. And that yea i went off with my mouth too much that one night that he started to get angry with me.

And we talked about other issues in my relationship with him.

Hes more conservative on issues in the world. Im more liberal on issues.

I went to the bar at midnight for the first time. Had 3 beer. No one was there only me. The guy gave me free chips.

Worked 9-4 today. Got to make a display with some merchandise and the manager said I did a phenomenal job! It made me feel pretty good.

Also it seems like I'm not thinking clearly at times. I wanted to go get a cup of water but for some reason I got a paper towel instead. Then I woke up last night thinking I was smoking a cig and moved my hand up to my mouth to get it. Then this morning I was about to pour yesterday's coffee into the trash can

I can’t remember if I took my meds yesterday. Judging by my paranoia I don’t think I did.

I'm really happy. Being able to be in my element of technology again is just...amazing. Like, this is what I am meant to be doing. I feel it in my heart. In every grain of my being. I look forward to the coming months in my recovery, and getting involved in rehabilitation activities, followed up by university.

This time of year is so depressing. Like I saw on Facebook. The holidays are over now it’s just cold. Between the cold and the dark I could hibernate.

Me too. Well, there's only 3 weeks left of January, Feb is a shorter month, and spring technically springs in March. April might be cold and rainy but not as bad as the past week.

I hope spring comes early.

I'm waiting for March too. By that time we'll finally have some sunlight again, lol. Right now the lack of sun isn't bothering me much, which is surprising. It's the cold I hate, and snow. Driving in snow doesn't bother me though. Slippery sidewalks suck.

I hate the ice too. I almost fell twice today. It’s snowing again so the ice will have a slick topping of snow.
