Good morning everyone. Drinking coffee and watching Alaskan wildlife troopers.
I have to go grocery shopping today Roll Call 113. I also need some meds. I’m out of Zoloft. I guess I’ll pick up all of my meds. Not that I want to it’s so expensive.
What’s everyone up to today?

10:31am I've been awake for about an hour. There was no smoke break this morning. I sure hope there will be at 1.

Hope everyone is at least ok.

Have you tried Benadryl? I know it is helpful for some. Otherwise can you ask you doc for a sleep med?

I’m sorry, it can be hard to keep up healthy eating sometimes.

I’ve gained all the weight I lost before Christmas. Although a couple of pounds was since I came back.

Not ideal but not going to give up.

I gained all the weight i lost last year! Took me like almost 12 months to lose maybe 10 - 15 pounds. Gained it all back in the last 2 months of the year. I feel so sluggish and nasty.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting some time alone. It sucks your not able to just call a rain check though... lying is never ideal

Shrug. I’ve done it myself though so no judging here.

the messed up thing is i'm almost certain (almost) that i could have just told him i didn't feel like going out and he would have eventually accepted it. but then there's the fear that there would be so much wheedling that i wouldn't be able to say no. it's like he can't bear to be alone. when we went to texas on christmas break i read his tarot for fun and in his mental reading he drew a reversed queen of cups, which uh:
The reversed Queen of Cups can indicate an over-reliance on other people’s emotional responses, which may result in a co-dependency type relationship. You may want to examine your current relationships. Is there co-dependency? Are you giving too much of yourself and not getting anything in return? This Queen nurtures for the sake of inducing dependency, and places undue importance on being in a relationship, no matter what its quality. There could also be a tendency towards having too many expectations from your partner.
(and i do worry about the implications in that reading against me too because i can be pretty cold sometimes.)

I never knew ident code existed. Learn something everyday.

Co-dependance and tarot reading are far out of my realm of expertise but have some hugs...

If the Benadryl doesn't help, ask for Vistaril (50 mg). It makes me drowsier than Benadryl.
