Plan B works well, I've had to use it a couple of times----one thing you might not know though is it can make your next period late and give you false symptoms of pregnancy because its like a triple dose of birth control.

Stayed awake for 3 hours then slept 14 hours.

It's not really a normal tiredness. It's a painful one full of akathisia. Like I'm dying.

But it ok.. Phoned my psychiatrist but he ends work every day at 2PM. What a nice life he must have..

I made strong coffee and put hot chocolate in it.. moca..

Good evening everyone. How are things going?

Hugs to everyone that needs them.

I'm okay. Went to sleep around 5pm and got up at 11pm. Feel much more rested. Caught up with tech videos on YouTube. Waiting till I get paid on Friday or Monday to go get the olanzapine 7.5mg tablets. I'm waiting to see what my medical records say online....may take a couple days for them to show up. But I showed the last several months of bullet journals with my symptoms, and it occurred to me just how often I hear voices. The pdoc asked me if I do what they say, or if I know they aren't real, and I told him I can disregard them even if they tell me to do bad things. He said something like "if you can tell that they are only part of your diagnosis, then that is good". And he was glad to hear I'm not haunted of them like I was before watching the one TED talk by Eleanor Longden. But when he said "your diagnosis", I'm trying to figure out what he meant by that. I know I've been diagnosed with F29 (unspecified psychosis) and F23.9 (brief psychotic disorder), but those were both acute situations. So I wonder if he meant something on the sz spectrum...I'm kinda nervous. If that does happen, I'm not gonna tell my family at all. I don't want them knowing if I can help it.

Deep down I have this belief I am invincible. Which means sometimes I’m reckless with medication and alcohol and stuff.

Why the hell has Netflix been not working every evening from 6pm-830pm every night? Are these the effects of net neutrality already in the works because of its destruction? I've never had trouble with it until now.

Same..

It ties into the my self theory of solipsism.. "The view or theory that the self is all that can be known to exist".

But don't think like me tis dangerous.

You could die in my reality and I could die in yours.

But together, we both live.

Dear God. The *****y one brought my meds. I asked if I'd been authorized for Benadryl. She said no. She said the doc didn't want to Rx Benadryl. But she'd *maybe* give me Claritin. Seriously? *Maybe* she's going to give me Claritin? Like is she going to have to think about it for a few weeks you stupid pos assholes?

Modafinil might help though.

I just want to stop sleeping so much.

Few weeks I have severe disabling hypersomnia then a few weeks it's gone.

I will find the solution to this mystery.

Morning!

Having crappy watered down coffee in this hotel room. Then relaxing for an hour or two before heading out.

Good morning. Blew off work today. Taking a mental health day. May take one tomorrow too. I don’t have anything planned just a relaxing day without dealing with people. I logged in and did my personal work but that’s it.
What’s everyone up to today?

My dad has been communicating with me thru the radio in my bedroom. I knew he has always been watching and listening. I need to be good.
