Im doing all this stuff for my depression. Im pretty desperate to feel better.

Going to groups, light therapy, vitamin d3, starting to eat better, trying to stay busy/getting out.

I hope all this stuff helps.

It's a weird thing for me and sleep...on average I sleep anywhere from 10-14 hours. Before APs I would require about 8-10. I think I likely have Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder. I've been a night owl as long as I can remember. A few times I managed to do 6am-10pm patterns back in college at Ohio State, but it was cause I had to. I was tired all the time cause it wasn't my natural pattern.

I'm pretty sure lack of sunlight is a problem here. I need to start using the sun lamp. We have about 8 hours of sunlight a day right now....it will be around 13 hours a day by end of March, and then 16 by end of April. So the winter's end is coming.

My robe is back from the laundry, thank God. Now I can shower in the morning. Not sure if I should nap... I feel so crummy now when I felt so content at my vape break. I'm so tired suddenly. And the lack of sunlight is kind of disturbing when a little while ago it didn't bother me at all.

My friend is being wooed by a new woman in his life. He says there's not a chance he'll fall in love with her. I hope that will stay true.

I hope you feel better.

Try 43. Once I hit 40 the rest kind of just flowed.

It’s funny how stressed I was at turning 40. 30 didn’t bother me too much but 40 was tough. Now I ignore the numbers and focus on the lines in my face lol.

Aside from the D3 im taking for depression, i started taking Biotin for my hair. My hair thinning really bad in the front. Im not sure if its a thyroid issue or stress/bad diet. I don’t remember it being this thin a month or two ago. But my mom has Hashimotos.

Something weird happened yesterday. I was dealing with that migraine for a day and a half or two. I took a Benadryl and it went away!

@sometimespsychotic any studies on this?

My hair used to fall out like crazy. I used Nioxin and it helped a lot. Now my hair is fine.
You should get your thyroid checked though since there is a family history.
