Also zyrtec doesnt protect against pet dander. Which is why i got Flonase. But you put flonase in your nose, its a spray.

Yeah my daughter is allergic to cats. They are her pets though we only have 1 left. I don’t know what the right thing to do is.

Oh I don’t know much about Zyrtec because it has an interaction with my AP. I use Claritin but after 3 hours or so I can get breakthrough symptoms. My problem is it hurts my eyes so badly I need steroids so I avoid pets as much as I can.

Have you tried Benadryl for the swelling? That’s usually what they’ll give you. High doses.

I took 100mg of that last night but it didnt seem to help at all. Plus it worsened my panic attack becuase that much made me dizzy and lightheaded and i thought i was gonna pass out.

So I turned in my hours for the past two weeks and it’s my best earnings yet. I’m pretty excited since nothing has come up. If things stay the way they are I’ll reach my first goal in 4 weeks! That will be so good. I’ve been waiting years for this.

That’s not very much to cause that type of reaction. If you go to urgent care make sure you tell them you think you had a reaction to the Benadryl.

No. It was a panic attack because i was already feeling panicky to begin with. Benadryl at that much has been making me feel dizzy and lightheaded. Idk if thats normal, but it helps me sleep.

It could be anything from pet dander to food i ate. I just have no idea. Idk my allergens that well and i dont have money to get tested. So idk. I might as well not eat today.

Im scared to google my symptoms tho for fear ill have another panic attack. But im tempted.

Personally I would go to urgent care for this, you might need epinephrine...like a shot. But more importantly you cannot get a second exposure....it’s probably not the pets for this one...typically foods like peanutbutter/shrimp that kind of thing or have you started any new meds? They didn’t mention vaping but it could be that.....is it a new flavor?

Yea its a new flavor but ive been vaping it for a week now.

Had my friend round last night, was nice we watched a film and had takeaway and some drinks.
Took the pup to the beach today, his first time! He loved it and was really well behaved.
Guna have some food tonight and some drinks, haven’t felt too bad today. I’ll be honest it’s probably cos I stopped taking the amisulpride. It was making me feel so sick, I could barely eat.
Spoke to my psychologist about lying to the pdoc and how things aren’t great atm. Feel better after talking to her.
It’s my birthday on Monday so everyone is coming round tomorrow to go for lunch and I think my sister is making me a cake should be a nice day

Good. Have you eaten anything new nuts etc? It could just be a panic attack but it could be a whole body allergic reaction to something....that’s trouble.....
