I got bad back, chest, and head pain. I wonder if its nerve pain. Ever since i had that “texting neck” problem on my back ive had bad upper back pain. If i exert too much energy i get a pain in my head

Sigh. I dont have money to goto the doctor. Shouldve not spent it on a mod. Shouldve saved it.

My priorities arent straight obviously

Saw my cpn. She was good about me stopping meds, though worried. I was working towards discharge and she advised we postpone that and they increase support, which makes sense. I’m guna meet with her and my psychologist and come up with a plan of when is too much to handle and some coping strategies I can use. I’m really set on trying to make this work and I’m guna do everything I can to deal with this. I did say that hospital is NOT an option though. I’m not having my driving licence taken off me again. She could understand that but she’s understandably worried what would happen if it got to that point, and tbh so am I.
BUT...we’re not there yet, there’s a long way to go. So I’m guna put in all the strategies I can and do everything I can to help things.
If anyone has any good strategies they can suggest for coping with symptoms that would be awesome!

Well, my friend sent fudge made by Trappist monks. I need a knife to cut off a piece. One is raspberry fudge and the other is whiskey fudge...

A doctor stopped by just before the fudge got here. He interviewed me and said he'd give me an antibiotic (but not Penn). It was a confusing visit and he barely spoke loud enough to hear. :/

What a day, my car got stuck, that hasn’t happened in years but there was icey slush under the front wheels and the back. Someone was nice enough to push me out. Then I went to three stores looking for snow shovels they were all sold out due to the blizzard last weekend so I just ordered a collapsible car one from target, it should be here in two days. I got myself a couple of plants because I was out. I was supposed to get an orchid from the bf this weekend but the flowers were eh at best in stores and they’ll be even more picked over this weekend I think. Not sure what to get instead.....he is not much for surprises we just tell each other what we want.

Friends has just been added to Netflix... I think I’m going to have to binge them. I watched it when I was little and I think Jennifer Aniston was my first crush.

I wish I could levitate. Gravity is terrible. I wish they'd give me better cough syrup. I'm going to be up coughing all night again.

And the one asshole keeps spraying Lysol and it was weeks of constant Lysol that weakened my lungs for this.

She talks on and on impossible to hear, until she gets to the end and clearly says "is that ok?" So then I have to request that she speak more loudly. It's a horrible and sickening situation. I'm thinking it might be best if I move out.

Thanks.. I didn't bother taking my Concerta and was sleeping instead and my mom stormed into my room and told me to take it and get up.

I did the dishes this past week and made my bed and stuff but it's not good enough for her.

My dad builds me up when he's here and she just tears me down.

Now I'm awake and I just want to stare at the wall.

Oh jeez. I made an oops at work today. I reported it, and did everything to correct it, but i have that awful guilty feeling.

I also got stuck halftime out my driveway this morning! I was shoveling for 1/2 an hour. My neighbor and I always make this huge "wall o snow" between our driveways, with the helpful telephone pole in the middle, and my tires just slid off track into it. ... I may have provided school kids walking to a nearby school with some new vocabulary words...

It will fade the next few days. You are a perfectionist I think, and you'll quickly immerse again. I hope it's just a day or two.
