I slept from 2am Sunday to 9pm Sunday. I couldn't go to sleep at 12am Monday because I feel like.. dope sick from not being on a stimulant.. Couldn't take the Seroquel because then I'd feel more like I have akathisia...

So I'm going to stay up all night..

Yup that happens quite often...

In my family they think there is some Inuit lineage but I am very highly skeptical of that. One day I'd like to get my DNA tested but until I can afford it it will have to wait.

I know for sure there is Irish and German in my lineage cause my great grandparents from both sides of my mother's family moved to the US in the late 1800s-early 1900s from Ireland and Germany.

No vape today, it's 4 degrees and no one will take us out. I didn't vape in 24 hours because it was canceled last night, and started too early at before 4:00 yesterday.

I slept until about 11:00. I have really been wanting to go home lately. I wish I could.

Woke up at 4am took vyvanse then went to study but kinda felt like going to bed but not sure so I went back to bed then got up again to study.

I started to panic. Because I wasn't sure whether or not to go to bed. My cat noticed that I was panicking and that freaked me out more. "What if someone comes in and sees me confused about whether or not to go to bed?".

My mom gave me an Ativan and I went to sleep..

Saw the doctor this morning. I switched back to Concerta. He also prescribed Ativan for rare occasions like this.

Ugh that sucks.
