In the past when I’ve had really low days I’ve found my movement is slowed down and my legs feel like lead.

So I’ve successfully lost all the weight I gained at Christmas. Was only a couple of pounds but still. Just got to keep it going now!

Tomorrow I'm going to a friends house to watch the Rams/Cowboys game. I'm going to make goulash (the stew kind not the pasta kind) and take it over since it's supposed to be rainy and cold. I'm looking forward to it though. Might help this depressive cloud that's hanging over me. Kit

I had to go get 20 more singles. I drank 2 Cokes a day this whole past week (except for today so far). I'm addicted to Coke. They should really have more machines for us. A candy machine, a coffee machine, etc. They won't though. I'm obsessed with getting another Coke. I'll try in an hour or so.. if there's any left.

I have an appointment on Monday with the opthalmologist small office. I think it's just a nothing visit because my opthalmologist works at the main office in another town. But I'll have to go anyway.

I was telling Newt...it’s weird and I hate to admit it but I think I’m feeling better on this diet. I am much less sluggish and have more energy.
Before when I would eat I’d feel sick and bloated and pretty much lay down. That feeling has gone away. I can eat my whole meal without that.
I don’t know if it’s better fuel helping or if it’s just that meat disagrees with my body so much.
Either way I’m pleasantly surprised. Jury is still out on the vomiting.

It could be both meat and better fuel.

So, I'm dating someone... It's my friend. We've known each other for several years but just started hanging out a lot the past year. He also has mental health issues, he has major depression and anxiety. That's how we met, we used to go to the same day treatment center, we've both progressed to the outpatient clinic awhile back to see our doctors and therapists. We have a ton in common, have the same crazy sense of humor and enjoy being around each other. I don't feel self conscious around him and am completely comfortable. and he loves cats, which is important lol he has one of his own. We really didn't take things fast and immediately jump into dating, so I feel good about this. We really got to know each other well over the past year.
