That sounds painful. I hope it will heal soon. Your doc might remove it to get rid of the fungal infection. So hopefully it will be better than new.

Thanks.

I figure the fungal infection probably made the nail weak. I can’t have hit it that hard off my own heel of all things...

I get ibuprofen everyday, lol. Weird to have pain anyway. If a nurse makes a note about it, I guess the docs here follow up after like 3 days. For some reason they don't do anything for you before 3 days pass.

Just read the thread about

Yes. It causes nails to separate from the nail bed. I had nail fungus too, on at least one of my nails. They were going to remove it (this was sometime in the 90s) but I chickened out at the last minute. After a lot of years it may have healed by itself because it's not that damaged anymore. There's a man here who has a really tortured thumb nail. It got twisted into a long claw that looks like tree bark.

And a nice nurse has some really bad fingernails, possibly from her nails never drying out.

I'm so proud of myself. I finished reading the Chronicles of Narnia (the whole series in one book). It took me several months, I used to read like 4 or 5 books a month but have had such a hard time concentrating recently. It was so good

I took a high quality fish oil pill that was potent with the ingredient for the brain, and a good amount for the heart, but it never made any difference. I started taking it years before the psychosis and a couple of years after psychosis, but I never felt a difference so I just gave it up.

Yeah it’s supposed to help cognition so I thought it might be worth a trial....

Took seroquel cuz I felt like I was losing it and would have a panic attack. I feel so tired. I'm going to sleep when I get home.

I'm going to buy lemons so I can make lemon juice at night then put it in something to put beside my bed when I wake up with lots of sugar in it to take my meds cuz my sugar is probably low when I wake up. It will be like coffee but with dextroamphetamine instead.

I was having thoughts that I'm an alien on drugs and this life is my trip but in reality I'm just transported to being human on planet earth for a prize of an alien encrypted billion dollars through DNA rights of the most sane to know reality as a human on earth and figure out through reincarnation of becoming an animal.
