I've never tried that but have thought about getting some for when I can't sleep. Hopefully you can get some rest tonight maybe

Morning! Just laying around again. Had a rough nights sleep. On the plus side I haven’t had any pain in my wrist since yesterday morning!
Bringing my son to his friends and then I’m going shopping with my daughter. My husband is leaving for a big game dinner in a few minutes.
Have to carve out some time to see my guy. I haven’t smoked since yesterday Roll Call 145

Have had a hard time waking up lately, lots of grogginess.

Also been falling asleep early, like 8pm. Kinda wish I was manic again so i could live off of 4/5 hours of sleep and make the most of my waking time.

Somehow I'm exhausted today even though I slept for 8 hours. Day before I slept for 3 hours and was fine

Slept in this morning. Going to go to gym after I finish watching tv. Seroquel knocks me out when I don’t set an alarm.

I think my doctor was surprised when I told him how much I sleep and that I’m not more groggy during the week.

Might do some shopping today. Cheese shop!
