Hi guys...I had T today. I tried to find out if T thought it was good to extend out my no SH until Pentecost but she didn't say. Most of me thinks I should, but a little bit of me thinks it's hopeless. I could use some encouragement to keep this up please. Hugs Kit

If you have the power to do that, you know that you have it in you to not SH until a certain time without your T saying it. I can say it! Don't SH D: Your T would definitely agree that you shouldn't self harm. Also, if you have the power to extend it to a certain day, you have the power to not do it at all. Your T cares about you and isn't sadistic =] Neither am I..

I got the payment for that phone, finally.

Not only am I not paranoid, but I don't sense danger anymore. Like.. even things that are dangerous, I walk right into it. Ever since the Invega.

My fear has been completely dampened down. My personality has been dampened down. Like I don't obsess over things and I don't get angry. At all.

Sure, I'm glad I'm not paranoid but I notice that regular people are absolutely crazy and obsess over things all the time. That's how they get through their day and have thoughts to talk about - what is bothering them..

I don't notice the madness of the internet surveillance and government anymore. I would like to but I'm just like "Meh.."

My mother in law had to find out I was in the hospital cause I didn’t show up to the Easter celebration with my wife’s family. My wife said she didn’t really “react”; she suspects she is used to this. My mom also gave off the same impression. Used to this. Because I have been in the hospital so often and so many times. Just a worthless piece of trash for the rest of society to laugh at and be mocked. Just another lie when I say I am doing “Better”. I just want to vanish and never see anyone ever again.

Want to go outside or take a walk or something but am kind of afraid to. I'm having those agoraphobic tendencies again

Waiting for everyone to get up. Just not as much fun now that they aren’t up at 4 jumping on the bed screeching about eggs. Now I have to wake their lazy asses up.
It’s raining again.
Have to whip up a broccoli casserole in a bit and jump in the shower. Then it’s off to my mil’s. Hoping to be back home by 6.
I might bang out a carrot cake before I go so we can have dessert with my sons gf. Idk.
