Even though I slept fine last night I somehow fell asleep for another 4 hours today

I went out to a market with my mom. Like a health foods store and I seriously thought I was gonna faint. I even had a sharp pain in my chest for a second.

It's because I'm so fckn hot. I cant be in the heat with my meds.

I think a lot of people who meet me or talk to me, think I maybe have an attitude problem. Or maybe they think I'm talking down to them or idk what.

Maybe it's my tone or idk. Because I say things and people think I'm being defiant. Even my dad does from time to time. But it's really just me talking. It could be about anything and people think I have an attitude.

I think I've naturally developed a firm way of talking to people. After I've been in recovery. Because I mean I needed to learn how to speak up and openly, and just I guess, firm. For the lack of better words.

I like your personality. You have a nice mind. Defiant but you put your thoughts first. You're neurotic but aware and knowing and theres something translated from Chinese that means "one with the universe, person and separation" so people get lost in their own heads. You aren't really your thoughts when you have awareness. Some people just think that they are right all the time and that's not you but more extreme people that haven't felt pain. I can be in my head for days, imagining being famous or arguing with people that I argued with years ago and I'd be in the store buying something and say in my mind, "you mother ****er! It's because of you that I'm depressed!" Or "shut up! Shut up! Just shut the hell upppp".

You are in the shift of personality like me. We are changing after psychosis putting a halt, (and with me, lost drug years), years lost to the sickness where we didnt grow much. But now we grow, we learn.

Yea I've had a major personality shift from being in psychosis for 4 years. I mean I'm the same person but I'm more extroverted, open, and firm with people. Part of the reason I'm firm is because I had to be with doctors trying to run over me.
