I'm just gonna try and watch Netflix for a WEEK. This week I will not put pressure on myself in the unknown.

I will be a lazy sloth instead of a tortured sloth.
Thanks for this!

Trazadone doesn't effect me at all for some reason. I tried a very high dosage for a couple days and didn't feel any different. Good recommendation though, it really helps others out.

I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend on Ambien. She said I was randy last night and asked her what she meant, and then she told me. I like to be conscious and in control. I could just imagine going on facebook and doing something completely dumbfounding. And that was just the first an last time I ever took it.

Is this a good thing? Weaning off because you’re feeling better?

Hope so!!! Good luck

So, they mistakenly sent me to the regular opthalmologist instead of the retina specialist. And then I slept the whole day. He still doesn't see anything, and now I'll have to fight to get the right appointment.

I feel like the whole day was wasted. Oh, I lost my pouch of change too. Absolutely failed.

Thanks, I feel ok and I haven't noticed a difference since I stopped taking them. I probably should ask if they can be lowered because I dont smoke anymore. The clozapine clinic said if I still haven't smoked in 4 weeks then they're gonna lower my dose.
Thanks for this!

Plan on staying in most of the weekend due to the triple digit temps. Will probably clean and work on some drawings. My case manager is helping me get things straightened out with school so I can go back in the spring. Until then keeping fingers crossed there's an opening in the apartment complex I'm trying to get into.

It's possible for that to happen to people but unlikely to happen all the time.

Unless your brain chemistry reacts with it badly. It is known to do that sometimes if you purposefully stay awake before it kicks in. Just make sure you aren't near a stairs or a busy road, keep sharp objects hidden..

Well Idk maybe ambien is a screwed up med now that I think of it if something bad happened before.

Edit: You could try muscle relaxers like flexeril (Ofthevalley) or Tizanidine (Angelique)
The tizanidine was indispensable the past two weeks. I could not have lasted without it. I still have cramps around my kidneys but the pain is much less.

Good morning

Woke up at 3 and couldn't get back to sleep so I'm up for the day. I got about 5 hours so that's not too bad

Morning. Guess who hasn’t slept for around 30 hours But it’s not that bad, I have been quite productive today. I went sun bathing, played with my cats at the garden, cleaned the house, and took bath twice. I feel some more positive energy today. Hope everyone does too today

Sometimes it helps to call back after a few days. Shows them you are truly interested and motivated.

I miss mine honestly not gonna lie. Well I miss when they r interactive and funny and motivate me to think outside the box. But usually there's a point where they turn dark and disturbing and dangerous

It's called desensitization

Went to the library and picked up a few movies. One of them is the newest and final Madea movie (Tyler Perry) which I'm excited about seeing. Was planning on trying to get more sleep when I got back but after walking I'm wide awake. Today I'll be drawing something simple, a lit candle.
